Ground Beef Kabobs

- 1 lb ground beef shopping list
- 1 egg shopping list
- 2 T minced parsley shopping list
- 2 T chopped onion shopping list
- 2 T bread crumbs shopping list
- 2 T tomato paste shopping list
- 1 tsp salt shopping list
- 1/4 tsp allspice shopping list
- 1/8 tsp black pepper shopping list
- dash cayenne shopping list
- 1-2 T water shopping list
- wooden skewers shopping list
How to make it
- Combine all ingredients in a large bowl, mix until well-blended and smooth.
- Cover and chill in fridge 2 hours
- Soak skewers in cold water 10 minutes.
- Dip hands in cold water.
- Form portions of meat mixture into long, thin rolls about 6 inches long.
- Thread onto skewers, pressing meat to even the surface.
- Place skewers on grill, 3 inches from heat.
- Grill 10-15 minutes, turning frequently for even browning.
