Jack Daniels Marinade

This marinade can be used for shrimp, scallops, beef, pork or chicken...Got it from the back of a bag of Jack Daniels wood chips...
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup Jack Daniel's shopping list
- 1/4 cup soy sauce shopping list
- 1/4 cup Dijon mustard shopping list
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped shopping list
- 1/4 cup light brown sugar, packed shopping list
- 1 tsp salt shopping list
- worcestershire sauce, a dash shopping list
- pepper, to taste shopping list
How to make it
- Combine all ingredients. Mix well.
- For shrimp or scallop, marinate 1 hour
- For everything else, the longer, the better
- Makes about 1 1/4 cups.

Great grilling sauce! I think this could also double as a mop for smoking meats. Also a good excuse for explaining why the JD bottle is empty....
