I used pepper jack cheese instead of mozzarella, and used cooked fresh broccoli instead of frozen. It was very good. I think you can substitute any cheese and veggies. I'll be making this again.

Now that I've found you, I am anxious to check out your recipes. Your pup is precious. How can anyone live without a pet? Hope to share recipes in the weeks ahead. By the way, Merry Christmas to you and your family, pup included, of course.

I need a brunch recipe for an adoption shower I am having Nov 14. I am looking at your Brunch Ham Puffs. Need to know if Chicken will work as well as the ham and also some reviews on this. Since this is a first time used recipe I hate to try it out on guests before I know more about it.

Thanks for adding me! Your Rockie is adorable. My "baby" Hunter is a rescue also. Like you, I wasn't wanting another dog, but I just couldn't NOT rescue him. It turns out that I got the BEST dog I've ever had. Thanks for rescuing Rockie; pitbulls are a special breed with a bad rep and we need more people like you to rescue and raise them right. Okay, off my soapbox now, thanks again and I can't wait to try some of your recipes!
