Jalapeno Pepper Poppers

- 15 fresh jalapenos shopping list
- 1 8 ounce package cream cheese shopping list
- Bits of dried tomato shopping list
- 15 slices lean bacon, cut in half shopping list
How to make it
- Cut jalapenos in half lengthwise, leaving stems intact. Remove seeds and veins*
- Fill pepper halves with cream cheese.
- Dot with dried tomatoes
- Wrap bacon piece around each, overlapping on top
- Secure bacon with toothpick
- Place on sprayed foil-lined baking sheets
- Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until bacon is crisp
- *NOTE: While preparing, keep hands away from face and eyes, wash hands thoroughly OR wear disposible gloves while preparing
