Find and Kill the Cable Car Operator

You're stuck in the car for a few moments until the door opens, so take cover and shoot as many as you can. When it opens, run out and do the left and take cover behind some crates. There are couple knife guys, but they're no threat if you have fast thumbs. Don't run out into the open as you can get overwhelmed easily. When things die down, there are lots of collectibles to grab. On the lower level to the right of the steps, tucked away behind a barrel, there's a Concept Art. On the left of the steps near a crate, there's a Picture. Up the stairs and off to the right near a pipe, there's another Concept Art. On the upper level, take cover and kill the remaining enemies outside.

You can enter the building through the door near the back on the left side. There are a couple enemies that are easily dispatched and a Concept Art unlock in the rear-right (from the door) part of the room. Go upstairs and take out the operator.

Return to the Gondola

Go back out the way you came. It's safe until you get outside, and then there are a handful of men to keep you busy, but nothing you should need help with.

Find the Assassin Cemetery Entrance

The man at the top of the stairs is blithely unaware, so he's a free headshot. Inside, you'll find there's ample cover on all sides, both for you and your enemies, but it's fairly open, so curved bullets are the way to go. You'll want to work your way around the perimeter. In the small office in the opposite corner from the entrance there's a Concept Art unlock. The exit is fairly obvious if you keep following around the walls.
