DOGGONE CUTE I LOVE MY PUPPY LAYOUT | with Brianna

Hey there friends! Brianna Lepper back with you today and I'm so happy to share another layout using the Doggone Cute collection. If you know me, you know I LOVE our dogs and I take photos of them daily. There's no shortage of doggie photos over here! Here's my layout:

On my last layout, I used the 6x6 paper pad and for this one, I decided to use a few of the 12x12 papers. I went with the Man's Best Friend, The Neighborhood and Speak! papers and layered them on a piece of white cardstock. I tore into them at an angle and before I adhered them down, I added in a bit of mixed media by water coloring some Distress Oxide Ink in Prize Ribbon right in the center of my page. Super simple but it gives the design a little something extra.

I've been wanting to use some of the adorable Doodle Pops in this collection and thought the Happy Home piece fit perfectly to the upper left corner of my photo. How cute is that pup hanging out in its dog house?! I also layered a few Odds & Ends behind it.

I matted my photo using the 6x6 paper pad and popped it up on foam tape. I then chose a phrase from the Chit Chat pack for my title and got that adhered down. My photo is of me and my girl Pippa. We rescued her when we were stationed in Hawaii and she's always been Mama's Girl! No matter how much older she gets, she will always be my little baby.

I thought it would be fun to build some embellishment clusters to the left and right of my title. There are some really cute jar/canister pieces in the Odds & Ends pack, so I started my clusters using those. I popped a few other pieces up on foam tape and layered them in.

Here's the embellishment cluster on the right. I added in a few of the Primary Assortment Sprinkles for some extra pops of color and also included a few Fur Babies Shape Sprinkles. They're so adorable!

I love looking at all of the layers on this page. Adding foam tape to different embellishments really adds a lot of interest to your designs!

Here's one last look at this Doggone Cute layout!! I know I've said this in my last post, but I love the bright and happy colors in this collection. So fun!

Thank you so much for stopping by today, I hope that I've inspired you in some way! See you in my next post friends.

DOGGONE CUTE OUR DOG LAYOUT | with Nathalie

Hey there! I have been dying to work with the new Doggone Cute collection! As a mom of our loved fur-baby, Poochie, our 13 yr old Boston Terrier, nothing makes me happy than to document him as I do my other two children (though they are not as cute as my little guy!)

I wanted to showcase as many of the patterns and colors from the collection, so I chose to use a metal die to cut a few hearts from the 6x6 paper pad.

The Here Boy paper was the perfect color and pattern for the layout's background. I simply added the vellum paper from the Shadow Box kit before attaching all the hearts to across the page.

A bit of foam adhesive helps to add dimension to the hearts, and also help to add just a few embellishments to the page.

I nestled the photos a top and bottom of the row of hearts, and added a few embellishments to the top left corner of each of the photos -I chose a similar woodgrain pattern to tie them all together-.

To finish the page, I added a piece of Chit Chat to the bottom right corner of the photos to serve as the title. Then added a piece of the icon sticker package at the bottom of the vellum. I added my baby's name using the new Alphabet Soup Puffy Stickers.

A few Sprinkles complete my page! I love how this turned out, and I am so excited to continue adding more memories using the new DOGGONE CUTE collection!  XO

PRETTY KITTY GUEST DESIGNER SARAH BARGO

Hey paper peeps Sarah Bargo here again! I created another layout using the adorable new collection "Pretty Kitty!"

I had a lot of fun with this one because I got to play with brown and I feel like I never do that anymore?! I wanted to kind of match the photo so I started pulling out all of the cute brown bits & pieces from the collection, and I discovered that they looked super cute on the aqua background!

When my son was getting his kitty used to being around the other big furry beast, he fluffed up, arched his back, then hopped sideways chasing him all the way down the hallway! I'm like well. I think he's going to be ok lol! These two are so funny together!

That's it for me today, I hope you have a great day!

DOGGONE CUTE RESCUED & LOVED LAYOUT | with Erica

Hello friends! Erica here today and I am so excited to share my first layout using the Doggone Cute collection!

We recently adopted a sweet little boy who we named Apollo! I am so excited to be able to document his sweet face using the new Doggone Cute collection! If you follow me and have seen my layouts the last few weeks then you know all about our princess Lola! This is our first time having a little boy pup and I am so excited to have the cutest product around to create layouts and mini albums with!

I started with a cute cut file from The Cut Shoppe that was perfect for our sweet boy! He was brought in to the local vets office as a stray and no one every came to claim him. He was super skinny and as soon as I saw his sweet face I knew I had to go meet him! I fell in love with him and brought him home the next day! I backed my title cut file with papers from the Doggone Cute 6x6 paper pad!

You know I had to use a piece of white textured cardstock as my base but I did layer up some mats with papers from the 12x12 Doggone Cute collection kit!

I printed out four photos in black and white of our sweet Apollo while he still had his cone on. He did so well with his cone on and I loved how his little ears would stand straight up!

I added some tabs and tags to the top of my photos and added some Doodle twine to the tops of my tags. The embellishments in this collection are adorable and I created a small cluster of different product in the bottom right corner! I love that there are some pieces for adopted pups! To finish off the layout I added some of the super cute Puppy Love Shape Sprinkles!

I love how this layout turned out about our sweet Apollo using the Doggone Cute collection! You can check out my process video HERE on my YouTube channel!

DOGGONE CUTE BEST FRIEND LAYOUT | with Brianna

Hey friends! Brianna Lepper here today and I'm super stoked to be sharing my first layout using the new Doggone Cute collection. We have 3 dogs and they're so special to our family. I take so many photos of them and this collection is perfect to document all of the special memories we have with them. Here's my page:

I love all of the bright and bold colors in this collection and thought it would be fun to create a simple mixed media background to match them. Using a thick piece of white textured cardstock as my base, I sprayed on some Shimmerz Paints sprays from my stash. I kept it simple and didn't add any extra water and left the ink sprays as is. I really like the look of it!

Next, I pulled a few stamps from the Doggone Cute coordinating stamp set and stamped them all around my background for some extra interest. I chose the small paw print, bone and heart. So cute! I then took the 6x6 paper pad and trimmed out 1x3 inch strips of several different patterns. I wanted to sort of mimic our pool tiles in my photo. After they were all trimmed out, I arranged them on my page from top to bottom, making sure to stagger them as I went.

I used a phrase from the Chit Chat pack as my title and popped it up on foam tape. I also used a few other pieces from the same pack to create the rest of my embellishment clusters. There's so many great pieces to choose from!

I matted my photo using another piece of 6x6 paper and layered a few Odds & Ends pieces behind it. After I adhered it down, I started embellishing the rest of my page using a few trees, birds and dog ephemera pieces from the Bits & Pieces pack.

To add a few more different textures, I adhered a few Puffy Stickers, Jewels and Shape Sprinkles around to each of my clusters. They added extra pops of color and interest to each one. How adorable is that little puffy fire hydrant?!

Here's one last shot of this super fun layout. I am in LOVE with this collection and can't wait to use it again!

Thank you so much for stopping by today, I hope that I've inspired you in some way! See you in my next post friends!

PRETTY KITTY - KITTY CAT LAYOUT | with Lisa

Who loves flowers...??? Me!  I have to have them on almost every layout. Who loves fussy cutting? I guess, fussy cutting isn't as popular... haha. I don't love it but I don't mind it either. I love the result of my layouts where I do a lot of fussy-cutting, so I do it again and again.

Here is my layout I created after an hour of fussy-cutting...

I started with the Back Yard Bunch Patterned Paper from the  Pretty Kitty collection.  It has a white background and a ton of tiny flowers and leaves and I cut those out.

When I thought I had enough, I arranged them on the paper to see how and where I wanted to have my floral areas.

Once I decided where I wanted them to be, I adhered some of them using foam squares. I wanted to have different dimensions in the flowers, the others were attached with glue.

Once they all were down,  I used jewels and enamel dots as the centers of some of the flowers. I also used enamel shapes and puffy stickers to fill some gaps between the flowers. Then I used a pink ink spray and splattered some ink on the layout.

Of course, this layout needed a photo of my Kätti... :) I matted it on four pieces of patterned paper and adhered it to the layout using foam tape.
Next, I added my title.  This title is from the Chit Chat die cut pack and I thought it was just the perfect match for this layout.

To finish, I added a mouse and two cat heads from the puffy stickers, a tiny enamel heart, a banner saying "You're so meow-gical" and a doodled border. I like how this turned out soooo so much. I ALWAYS love my fussy-cutting layouts... you should try it too. :)

See you soon,

PRETTY KITTY SPOILED LAYOUT | with Nathalie

Hey there! I don't know about you, but the fur babies in our households are "spoiled". My cat-nephew, "Chico", is probably one of the most loved and spoiled ones out there. So, I used the beautiful Pretty Kitty collection to create this layout:

I love playing with paper, so I sat with the 6x6 paper pad, and a pair of scissors to create this page, like seriously that is all it took!

I started by cutting a heart from copy paper, then cut strips of patterned paper at about 1.5-3in wide and of different lengths. I started gluing them to the heart starting from the bottom of the heart. I set the paper strips at different places on the heart, so that they create that cascading effect on the heart.

Petite Prints are always my top choice for backgrounds. This time, I added a letter size white cardstock page to the center of the layout, then glued the heart on top of it. A soft layer of vellum adds just a bit of separation while framing the pictures of our Chico.

The Chit-Chat banners were the perfect addition to the paper layers.. I added a small paw print next to each of them. In order to create some movement on the page, and also emphasize the layers, I added a few Sprinkles between the paper layers.

I followed the line of the embellishments to create the placement of my title at the right bottom of the heart.

I love how this turned out, and it was so much fun and relaxing to just play with all the patterns in the Pretty Kitty collection. Be sure to check it out!  XO
