Hello, crafty friends! Erica here, back with another 6x8 mini album spread featuring the oh-so-adorable Tinsel Time collection from Doodlebug Design! This spread is all about interactive elements, bright colors, and festive charm, everything I love about Doodlebug Design! If you missed my first posts, you can find my cover post here, and my pages posts here and here.
For this layout, I incorporated the Love Notes Doodle Cut, which includes the cutest mini envelope dies. I used the 6x6 Tinsel Time paper pad to die-cut six mini envelopes, three across the top and three across the bottom—to create a playful grid design. In the center, I placed a large title die cut, drawing the eye to the middle of the spread.
To make the envelopes functional, I stuffed them with photo mats, die cuts, and cut-aparts, perfect for adding photos that can be pulled out, as well as hidden journaling on tags and cut-aparts. These little details make this spread not only visually fun but also interactive and full of surprises!
For the next page, I used a Holly, Jolly, Merry, and Happy cut file, cutting it from white cardstock to fill the entire base of the page. I then backed the cut file with patterned paper, bringing in all the signature Doodlebug color and charm. To finish it off, I embellished around the title with stickers, die cuts, and adorable puffy stickers, adding layers and dimension.
This spread is bright, playful, and filled with holiday cheer, and I cannot wait to add my photos and memories! I love how the interactive elements make it even more special, and I hope it inspires you to try something similar in your own mini albums.
Thank you so much for stopping by today! I’ll be back soon to share more pages from this fun holiday album, so stay tuned!
Happy crafting!

Hey friends! Brianna here and I'm back today sharing more of my 6x8 Family Mini Album. If you missed my first 2 posts, you can see my cover post here and my pages here and here.. I'm really enjoying this series and it's been a lot of fun working on a smaller scale. Here's what I've been working on so far:
For this spread I used a few 12x12 patterned papers to create the base cards and embellished on top of them using some Puffy Stickers. On one of the cards, I added the Barn In The USA Doodle-Pop and it looks so cute!! For the bottom right card, I trimmed it from the 12x12 Woodland Berries paper and added some journaling right onto it. I also pulled in the small heart from the coordinating stamp set and stamped it a few times directly on my photos. I love stamping directly on my photos. Annie LOVED the big cows! The one she was waving to is named Madonna. She was the sweetest!
Here's the 6x8 spread on the other side. I took the Kraft colored cardstock from the Coordinating Cardstock pack and trimmed it to a banner shape and added some faux stitching around it. I backed my 4x4 photo using the 6x6 Paper Pad and embellished around it using some of the larger Odds & Ends pieces. It was such a beautiful day at the farm!
Here's an overview of the next two pages. One is the backside of the 6x8 page we just looked at and the other one is another pocket page insert. This color palette makes me so happy and it's a lot of fun documenting a few day to day memories.
For this 6x8 page, it was a very simple one that came together pretty quickly. I matted my photo using the 6x6 Paper Pad again and layered one of the cards I had trimmed out from that same Woodland Berries 12x12 paper. I embellished using a few of the florals from the Bits & Pieces pack and then adhered some of the Fall Assortment Sprinkles in a few places.
Here's the other spread. I used more 12x12 papers to create the base for each of the inserts and then embellished using some of the 12x12 Icons Stickers and then added in some of the Flower Farm Shape Sprinkles. I love when all of my kids are with us. We have so much fun together and we can't wait for our oldest to come back on another break from college soon!
Thank you so much for stopping by today, I hope that I've inspired you in some way. I'll see you in my next post friends! I'll be sharing a bit more of this super cute album and I hope that you've enjoyed seeing it come together over these last few weeks.
