Scrambled Egg Sandwich Platter
bot some very fresh watercress over the weekend
can't wait to make my sandwich!
.
prepare 2 slices of buttered toast
lay a slice of cheddar cheese on top of the toast
pop in an egg and scrambled it to 70% cooked
stack them up
squeese in some dressing: mayo + tomato sauce
lay a thick layer of fresh watercress *yumph*
i paired it with a bowl of ceasar salad in balsamic dressing
so refreshing!
yumph!!!
this hearty meal makes a happy ah yan!

One Pot Cooking
used to cook with only 1 pot during college time
n mostly 一锅熟~

let's do something a little more complicated now

taaaah-daaaaaaah~! we had spaghetti in campbell's mushroom soup boiled cheesy frankfurter boiled vegie - mainly cabbage n carrot half boiled egg |

prepare all ingredients - wash n cut |

then dump everything into boiling water! haaaaaaaaaaaaaaa... or course follow by sequence: 1. half boiled eggs 2. vegies n sausages 3. spaghetti 4. mushroom soup then group them together~ n bon appétit! |

Big Breakfast
wanted to make this idea into action since very long ago!
finally i did it~ yay!!!

the ingredients consist of the following:
English Muffin + Ramli Beef Patty

+ Pineapple + Omelette + Lettuce
+ Honey Cherry Tomato + Mayo/ Tomato Sauce
+ Strawberry Tea =P
i named it Waikiki Burger/ Muffin
n it taste superbly gooOoOOoood!
the juicy pineapple is really refreshing
n pair up perfectly with all the rest of the ingredients!

菜脯蛋便当 Dried Radish Omelette Rice
it's always very headache to cook
when u have limited ingredients, time n energy
after digging up n down the fridge
this lunch box was made in 20 minutes
with:
chopped 菜脯/ Dried Radish,

rice,
few biji of cherry tomato,

假ㄖ簡餐
本來想弄泡面
但在准備材料當兒
又不想吃泡面了

突然想起前幾天買了一包很好玩的pasta
有不同顏色和型狀的
煎兩顆陽光蛋~ 炒點波菜苗~ 燙熟香腸~ 拌點蒜油和調味料~

前阵子在jusco看到这公仔面
以前常在港剧中听到的名称
心痒痒…… 可是都没买
那天看到寿司的灶腳竟然煮了鲜虾云吞口味的排骨面!
忍不住了~ 我也要玩!

Cepat Dimasak~ Sedap Dimakan~
was chatting with Green Tea last nite n she said
the best dish she is proud of
is her instant noodle
because the garnishing is more than the noodle ^^
.
for me...
i like my instant noodle plain
or only with egg~
because the best thing i enjoy is still the noodle
.
it's Friday again~
time to clean up the left over ingredients
had been home alone for the whole week
lonely me...
.
hav the urge for instant noodle
so added something more than an egg this round~
i had lettuce, tomato & onion omelette ^^
n 2 mint leaves from the garden
for garnishing n some extra flavour♥
nyumph!!!
