Snow Bunnies STAMPtember Exclusive

Hi everyone! Are you excited to see the Lawn Fawn exclusive STAMPtember set at Simon Says Stamp!? Here's a look at the Snow Bunnies stamp set!

This set is so adorable! It is only available at Simon Says Stamp while supplies last, so if you like this set, make sure that you place your order as soon as possible!! The Lawn Fawn STAMPtember set usually sells out fast!

These bunnies are so cute, and they are ready for winter! My favorite bunny is the one with the floppy ears!

I couldn't make just one card with this set, so I created a card trio! The backgrounds are all created by using white embossing powder and heat embossing the falling snow from the Snowy Backdrops stamp set. That's my favorite background set to use for winter cards! Then, I ink blended the background with tumbled glass and broken china distress oxide inks. Then, I used the Outside In Stitched Rectangle Stackables to add the stitching detail around the edge.

The hillsides are created from white cardstock cut with the Stitched Hillside Borders die. Once the scenes were created, I stamped, colored with Copic markers, and die cut a bunch of bunnies, trees, and carrots. And of course an adorable snow bunny! How cute is that snow bunny with his snow ball tail?!

I added the images with foam tape or liquid glue (most of the trees are attached with glue). Then, I white heat embossed the different sentiments onto black cardstock, cut them out, and attached them with foam tape. I finished the cards by stamping a few hearts in Wild Rose ink.

There's more inspiration on the Lawn Fawn blog. Don't forget to order this exclusive STAMPtember set before it sells out!!

Thanks so much for visiting today and I hope you have a great day! :)

Nutty or Nice STAMPtember Exclusive

Good morning! It's the day that everyone has been waiting for - the Lawn Fawn STAMPtember set!

This set is adorable! It is only available at Simon Says Stamp, and it is only available while supplies last, so make sure to order your set today! You can find the stamp and die set here!

I have three cards to share today because I just couldn't stop, haha! For my first card, I used the Stitched Hillside Backdrop and the Snowfall Backdrop to help create the scene. The sky is lightly inked with Mermaid ink on Bristol Smooth cardstock. The images are all stamped with Jet Black ink onto Neenah cardstock and colored with Copic markers. I also used the Pizza Crust ink for the tree branch.

For my next card, I created the sky with the same die and ink from the first card, but I used the Simple Stitched Hillside Borders for the snow hillside instead of the other hillside die. I also heat embossed the sentiment with white embossing powder onto black cardstock, and I used the Everyday Sentiment Banner to cut out the banner.

I also used Manatee ink to stamp the little footprints behind the squirrels. Just like the first card, I also used a white gel pen to add some details to the scarves and hearts.

This last card might be my favorite - it's simple but cute! For the background, I lightly inked a piece of Bristol Smooth cardstock with Mermaid ink, but this time I didn't add any falling snow. Instead, I arranged the tree branches, squirrels, and ornaments, and attached most of the images with foam tape (except for the tree branches). Then, I used the smaller stamps that are included in this set, like the heart and stars, and stamped them around the images and sentiment to add some extra detail.

The stars are stamped in Sunflower ink. Here is a close up for this card:

I hope you have been inspired! This set is so cute and I'm sure it won't last long. If you want to order this set, make sure to go to Simon Says Stamp! Thanks so much for stopping by and I hope you have a great day! :)

The card that I created today features the otter couple holding hands, along with the Outside In Stitched Rectangle dies and Bannertastic sets from Lawn Fawn.

For the background, I used Broken China distress oxide ink and sprayed it with water to give it that distress look. Here is a close up on the card:

I also have a video today that shows you how to recreate this card! You can watch the video on my YouTube channel (here!) or watch it below.

Thank You Set

Hello everyone! I have some cards to share with you that I made for the current Wanna Sketch Challenge. Here is the sketch for the current challenge:

And this is the mini card set that I made:

To create these cards, I cut 4.5" by 3.25" kraft card base and stamped Lawn Fawn's "Woodgrain Background" in brown. I die cut tags from LF's "Tag, You're It" out of vellum and "Sweater Weather" patterned paper. I stamped the sentiment onto the vellum from Simon Says Stamp's "Flower Friend" and added hearts die cut from the same patterned paper. Then, I tied the tags with some brown ribbon and attached them to the card base.

I think this mini set is so cute! I really like how the colors stand out against the kraft background.

Well, thanks for stopping by! If you get a chance, you should definitely play along with the Wanna Sketch Challenges. Lisa's sketches are always so cute and inspiring! :)

Thank You Banners

Hi there! I hope that you were able to have a nice weekend!

I have a card to share with you for the current Curtain Call Challenge!

This was my first time playing along with this challenge and it was a lot of fun to use the inspiration photo for my card. I was inspired by the colors in the picture, as well as this card by Steph Washburn.

This card features stamps from Simon Says Stamp's "Flower Friend" and patterned paper from Lawn Fawn's "Hello Sunshine" petite paper pack. I stamped the banner a bunch of different times in different colored inks to mimic the colors of the leaves in the inspiration photo. Then I stamped the sentiment and added sequins.

Thanks for stopping by! You should definitely play along with this challenge if you get the chance! :)
