Carl has snow ... and I'm envious

Check out the snow photos over at Spark It Up! Carl Kilo made me laugh out loud this morning with his comment:
This makes the second snow this season that accumulated. Global warming my ass.
Beautiful snow photos. I'm envious ... we have only had flurries and no accumulation. While we wait, I will enjoy the view through the window into Carl's corner of the world.

A fresh balloon bouquet for Kilo....

OK, Kilo, so I don't have any Jim Beam. Guess you're stuck with these darned old balloons! Here's a fresh bouquet to keep your spirits up and let you know we're all out here praying for you. Take care, Friend.

This is for fellow ODBA blogger Carl Kilo ... you've got friends

Hearts and prayers to Spark It Up's Carl Kilo as he deals with potentially serious surgery on Tuesday. Our prayers and thoughts will be with him and we wish him a speedy recovery.

Come back to the blog soon, Carl, because we will miss you ... you've got friends.

You've Got a Friend
James Taylor

When you're down and troubled
And you need a helping hand
And nothing, oh, nothing is going right.
Close your eyes and think of me
And soon I will be there
To brighten up even your darkest nights.

You just call out my name,
And you know where ever I am
I'll come running to see you again.
Winter, spring, summer, or fall,
All you have to do is call
And Ill be there ...
You've got a friend.

If the sky above you
Should turn dark and full of clouds
And that old north wind should begin to blow
Keep your head together and call my name out loud
And soon I will be knocking upon your door.

You just call out my name
And you know where ever I am
I'll come running to see you again.
Winter, spring, summer or fall
All you got to do is call
And I'll be there ...

Hey, ain't it good to know that you've got a friend?
When people can be so cold.
They'll hurt you and desert you.
Well they'll take your soul if you let them.
Oh yeah, but don't you let them.

You just call out my name
And you know wherever I am
I'll come running to see you again.
Winter, spring, summer, or fall,
All you've got to do is call.
And I'll be there, yes I will.

You've got a friend ...
You've got a friend ...
Ain't it good to know you've got a friend ...
Ain't it good to know you've got a friend ...
You've got a friend.
