A Monster birthday card

This card is not for Halloween but I thought it would be cute for a 7 year old birthday boy!  This cute file is designed by Miss Kates Cuttables-lots of layers but easy to make. I resized this little monster to fit a 5.5 square card and added a simple little birthday sentiment from Sweet and Cute Penny Black transparent stamp set.

Hope you enjoyed this fun card!

Penny Black Saturday Challenge Mid Way Reminder-Showers Wet and Wild

Mid Way Reminder

Showers

(Baby, Wedding, Umbrella, Boots, Squirt Guns-be creative and use your imagination!)

This stamp set is Wet and Wild from Penny BlackThe sentiment title was cut with my Silhouette and was a freebie last year but you can buy it here Miss Kate Cuttables Summer Titles.
(this card was featured on Miss Kate's Cuttables April Fan Page HERE)

This image is colored with copics and cut out with my Scan N Cut 2 with a .04 border . The grass was punched with a Martha Stewart grass punch. The cute girl Super Soaker Girl was added on to the card with pop dots.

Well, I just  have to use ALL the images in this adorable set.  I posted the fun little boy card  below for the main challenge post a couple weeks ago. So...that means you will probably see the little Super Girl image around here soon!

You can read more about this card HERE! I was excited to have this card featured on the Penny Black facebook page and a SCS weekly favorite!

Pool Fun--Stayin Afloat-Art Impressions

Hello!!!  Yes, I am still alive!  Harvest is still going strong!  During cherry harvest I work 7 days a week, so my crafting time is seriously limited. Pretty much for 2 months straight-- so I am seriously sleep deprived too darn it!  Sooo...that is my excuse for making this BRIGHT card-it should wake both of us up right?

I just love this Art Impressions Stayin Afloat Set from Inspiration Emporium(see coupon code below). I paired it with the perfect sentiment cut file from Miss Kate's Cuttables. Love her stuff. She also has her files in the Silhouette store.

For this card I cut out these sun bathing babes and added them  onto the card with pop dots-floating in the bubbly water.  I added the Pool Fun sentiment on pop dots and sprinkled bubbles around the card too. I finished it off with the summer sun!

I am entering this into the Art Impressions weekly #113 challenge Floral Frenzy(this card made honorable mention!)-You must have at least 5 flowers on your card and by golly, the one inner tube has just 5 flowers on it-lucky me! LOL

I have been over to the newly renamed/new blog of the former Feline Playful-now re-named Paper Playful and found these challenges to enter as well:

Clearly i Stamp-Summertime
Sister Act-Anything Goes #14
CCEE Stampers-Summertime is Beach Time
DRS Designs Blog-Summer Sun, Summer Fun
7 Kids College Fund-Alcohol Markers

Thanks for stopping in today. I do hope I have time to stamp a wee bit more in the next week, but don't worry if you don't see me much in July!

WOYWW -Day 3 of Chubby Chums Hey Chickie

Day Three-     Hey Chickie

Hello all you WOYWW'ers!

Last week  I showed you a nice stash of goodies sitting on my desk from Inspiration Emporium. Today  I am showing off the last envelope art project I made! I made others Here and Here.

My desk looks like this after finishing them up:

On my desk today you can see some copics, and pieces of several projects going on-and here I was just telling Julia that I was not a good multi-tasker-but I do have several projects in the works due to poor time management-sort of-Hey I am a week ahead on my 4th of July projects!!!. One obvious project is for my co-workers for the 4th of July(little treat holders)...I will show them all finished on my desk next week...you know how we crafters like to line things up and take pictures!

Also on my desk you see a couple copic refills and a newspaper---and The Voice is over so tonight you see So You Think You Can Dance on the big TV!

I know, you are probably saying that I decorated the wrong side of the envelope--and yes I did! I liked the look of the enclosures on the back-I think they added a little something more!

Thanks for stopping in-I do hope you find time to pop over and say Hello to the other What's On Your Workdesk Wednesday crew---and Julia of course!
