And I found a new (for me anyway!) sketch challenge called
Mercy's Tuesday Sketch Challenge which was fun to use as my guide. It's not a design I would have thought up by myself and that's the reason I LOVE challenges! Thanks Mercy!
Edit: This card made Fab 4 at Play Date Cafe!Here's my card! I'm pleased with how it turned out! I used the Cuttlebug Houndstooth embossing folder (which I had to have and never used!) and paired it with black and white houndstooth paper by Recollections found at Michaels. I made my FAV Sizzix flowers again but this time I had the brainstorm to cut out the middle of the large flower and glue a small flower made out of the houndstooth paper in the middle. I REALLY like this look and will try it again I'm sure. The sentiment is from PTI's Birthday Basics stamp set. The black, white and Scarlet Jewel papers are all PTI. I hope you like it!
