Treat me Artist Trading Block ^.^

A little treat for the Halloween. Shabby shack Artist Trading Block .

to make it first of all I cut mat board using Eileen Hull's 3-D Block /Cube die and distressed it with some ink

then I sketched a shack on a patterned paper cut it and adhered to the one of the die cuts (the height of a shack is about 2/3 of a die cut to fit on 2 sides of a block )
decorate the second die cut and put everything together

to make a bottle I used clear plastic (just recycled a packaging ), applied some archival ink to one side, let it dry a bit and after that added glossy accents

New beginings

Hello everyone. Today I have some very exciting news!!! I have been accepted as a part of Eileen Hull's Inspiration Design Team. For this new and exciting crafting journey I departure with my first Halloween project ^.^
Those of you, who have been visiting my crafty corner from time to time, know that I love to use my cutting dies in different and unexpected ways, this project is one of these times ^.^

The banners were made with Eileen Hull XL die Cake Slice (I used just the top part). Then I distressed the edges and added some holes for charms.

After that I cut some patterned paper, used few stamps and also distressed the edges a little bit. Next step wass just putting everything together and adding more embellishments and die cuts.

My favorite part is that you don't need to punch any holes or glue the hemp down. All you have to do is to fold the top flap around and adhere it

little detail: to make a broom I stamped few times a bunch of wheat (Tim Holtz mini blueprints collection), then cut it and adhered making some layers.

few more details

to make sparkly owl eyes I used one layer of Ranger Stickles (eucalyptus) and Glossy Accents over the top

for the candles I used red glitter
