Hi everyone! You know I love a good binder clip. I use them on my wallet, as a key chain, all over my craft room and sometimes even as paper clips!
Well, I've been meaning to share another idea that I've been using forever…as an ear bud clip! Earbuds can be a jumbled mess of wire…all knotted up and frustrating as ever.
Here's my earbud set straight from my pocket. No knots or tangles.
It's also a bonus gym card holder!!

Organizing...Labeling Plastic Containers
Hi everyone! Labeling is pretty much a way of life at my house. Labeling things makes it easier for everyone to find something and keeps the house organized and sane!! I label just about everything. If you sit long enough when you're visiting, you might end up with a label stuck on you too!
Large plastic tubs or containers are my nemesis for labeling though. I usually keep the containers in the attic or our unfinished basement, so heat and moisture are the issue. I store everything in plastic containers from Christmas decorations, college dorm stuff, blankets, seasonal items etc.
To identify what's in the containers, I've used printable labels, masking tape and even written directly on the plastic box. However, none of them worked. The labels fall off from the temperature change and writing on isn't good when I want to use the box for something else at another time.
Here's my new solution I came up with this past weekend.
Three of my favorite things...badge holders, binder clips and zip ties.
This is an easy and simple way to label any box or container.

Organizing Ideas For Rolls of Paper...
Do you know what happens when you clean and organize a room or an area in your home...you find out that you have bought multiples of something!
I just found out I have 3 rolls of freezer paper and 2 rolls of Heat and Bond. If I had them out where I could see them, I would have saved some money. Here's my solution for where to store rolls of crafting paper where I can see it, but still out of the way.
In the legs of my fabric cutting table...
The other legs has all my ribbon. Click HERE to see that post.

Tool Time Tuesday...Binder Clip For Tablecloth
Hi everyone!! Sorry Tool Time is a day late. We've been on vacation this week. Not traveling anywhere, just catching up and spending time with the hubby and the girls!
There will be lots of 4th of July celebrations tomorrow and picnics happening all summer long, so I thought I would share a quick tip to keep your outdoor tablecloths where they needs to be...on the table!!
Nothing worse than having your tablecloth blowing away in the breeze taking the dishes and all the food with it.

Tool Time Tuesday...Binder Clip For Your Wallet
Hi everyone and welcome to another Tool Time!! Seems like I have binder clips on the brain these last few weeks. I've been using them for everything. Click HERE if you missed last week's glue gun idea with a binder clip.
Here is today's tip for a binder clip...on your wallet for safety reason!!
I bought this small wristlet wallet to hold my phone and credit cards when we go for walks or just a quick run into the store. Stays in my larger bag, but a quick grab and go wallet.
I love it and it's very convenient.
The only thing I worry about with wristlets is the cards slipping out when the purse is dangling from your wrist.
I need just a few cards...bank card, debit pharmacy card for the insurance, paypal card and whole sale store member cards.
I don't use them a lot, but I need them with me just in case. However, I do worry they'll fallout with this style purse.
Here's my solution!!
A pretty binder clip.
I keep the most used card right under the silver clip part.
That way, I just flip it up the one clip to get to the card and the binding part stays on to keep the other cards secure.
Peace of mind and it's cute too!!
I don't think the binder clip ideas will stop any time soon, so I'll keep them coming when I think of them!!
Happy Tuesday,
~Karen~

Tool Time Tuesday...Hot Glue Gun Tips
Hi everyone!! Our house is ever changing and ever evolving. I move things around, organize and try to fit in new things all the time...big or small. Our 2 daughters are home from college and some of you may know what that is like...a big mess.
Courtney graduated, so all the things she brought home are staying. She is home for a while to finish an internship. One thing she brought home is the Ikea table that I talked about last year. You can click HERE to see that post. It's a great sewing, crafting table.
I couldn't just store it in the basement...here it is squeaked into a little spot in my sewing room.
I'm keeping all my hot glue guns and supplies in here. So, in this Tool Time post I'll share a few Hot Glue Gun tips and tricks!!
Great table to work at when I'm organizing all the scrapbook memorabilia for the girls too. This table has another leaf on the left side to expand for more room!
Come on in and see a few helpful tips for your hot glue gun!

Tool Time Tuesday...Binder Clip Key Chain
Hello everyone. Here's another quick transformation of an ordinary item into something helpful. I've seen other uses for binder clips online, but this is one I love for my purse. I think I saw this in Real Simple magazine
I am always looking for my keys on the bottom of my purse, so here's a quick solution...
Binder clips from an office supply.
