Do it with Digi's - digital background with Tilda or Edwin

The latest challenge over at Do it with Digi's is to use a digital background with Tilda or Edwin.  My first task was to find a digital background as this wasn't something I had used before.  After a bit of a search round I found some lovely backgrounds at a place called "Make it Crafty" in Australia.

I decided to use this lovely background of a tree branch with blossom and two birds and a swing.  I printed this out and coloured with Promarkers and then used the image of Tilda with large ribbon which was also coloured with Promarkers.  I cut her out and used silicone to place her on the seat of the swing.  The main image was cut out using nesties.  The backing paper was from my stash and I have used Klever Konstruction plastic flowers and a matching bow.  The sentiment was computer generated and I used Stampin Up punches to cut it out.

Tilda in Pink

The challenge over at Die Cut Dreams is Tilda in Pink.  Luckily after their recent challenge of Tilda in Red I still had an image that my friend Anne over at Stamps & Paper had stamped for me so was able to join in this challenge.

The image has been coloured in using ProMarkers and die cut using my new beaded ovals nesties.  The backing paper is from a Peerless Designs CD matted onto pink Bazzill card.  The border has been punched with a Martha Stewart Snowflake edge punch with Bazzill card underneath and a strip of white lace over the top.  The sentiment has been stamped and embossed in silver and matted and layered using my SU punches.  The snowflakes and stars are die cuts using silver mirri and then I added some flowers and a ribbon.

Thanks for stopping by.

Tilda in Red

Die Cut Dreams challenge this week is "Tilda in Red".  So I was stumped......... I don't actually own any Tilda stamps; but luckily I knew a woman who did!!!  My great friend Anne over at Stamps & Paper has a some and she kindly stamped a couple of images for me so I could join in this challenge.

This image is Dinner Tilda and I have cut her out and coloured in ProMarkers.  On top of a square card base I have used some Christmas paper from a K&Co pack which I've had for ages.  The border has been punched with a Martha Stewart snowflake edge punch with a strip of matching paper from the same pack which I put through my Big Shot in an embossing folder.  I then added a strip of red lace.  I've used nesties ovals and added some red lace for Tilda to sit on - I used my bone folder to shape her and then used Pinflair Glue Gel.  The sentiment is computer generated and I used Stampin Up punches.  The holly berries and gold ribbon were snaffled from some Christmas crackers a few years ago - knew they'd come in handy for something!!!!  lol  As a finishing touch Tilda is wearing a necklace and bracelet of tiny gems and I've added red Stickles to the holly berries on the backing paper.

Thanks for popping over.
