Buon inizio di settimana a tutti...Qui da me fa caldo e non c'è niente di meglio che un buon gelato fresco fresco per rimettersi in sesto..
Ingredienti:
300 ml di latte intero
200 ml di panna fresca
100 g di zucchero
nutella
Procedimento: mescolare latte e panna e versare sullo zucchero. Sbattere il tutto con una frusta per facilitare lo scioglimento dello zucchero. Versare nella gelatiera e attendere che sia pronto...
Una volta tolto dalla gelatiera aggiungere delle cucchiaiate di nutella che lo renderanno tipo "stracciatella-variegato"... molto goloso!

O no Ely!! Sei la mia rovina!! Sai qual'è il gusto di gelato che ogni domenica non riesco a fare a meno di mangiare? Profitterol: è fior di latte variegato alla nutella, con dentro dei bignè ricoperti e ripieni di nutella... (goloso eh??!!) E ora arrivo da te e cosa vedono i miei occhi??!! Che voglia che me ne fai venire!!! Poi oggi di nutella me ne mangerei un vasetto da mezzo kg!!
