While I am here...just a couple more bits and bobs from the same workshop.
Sharon Turnbull's beautiful Gift Card purse. This one has been a big favourite at the workshops I have demo'ed at.
The colours are Blue Bayou, Soft Sky and Really Rust. We used some Fall Flowers Designer Series Paper, and covered chipboard from the Onboard Blossoms and Basics pack. I love covering chipboard!
This next photo shows the hostess gifts and lucky door prizes from this workshop. For these goodies I have used the same colour scheme as described above.
I have also been working on some scrapbook pages...but you will have to wait for them ;-).
Thanks for visiting!
Sam.

Workshop Make n' Take
We all made this little Gift Purse at a recent workshop I demo'ed at.
Again, it was made using Sharon Turnbull's groovy design (Hi Sharon!!!). The Hostess and her guests loved it Sharon....it'll be used again for sure.
I did start out to fully CASE this one I saw on Diane's blog recently, but I don't have the 'Priceless' stamp set, so that was going to be a bit tricky. Then I thought it would be cool to incorporate the Circle of Friendship stamp set, available in this month's eScape promotion from Stampin' Up! I think it works well. I have used Blue Bayou cardstock and the Fall Flowers DSP, as did Diane. There are now two lots of Fall Flowers DSP slated for my next Stampin Up! purchase ;-).
Here is what the little insert looks like:
Ciao!

Gift Card Purse
The idea for this cute little Gift Card Purse came from a swap that I received from the lovely Stampin' Up! Demo Sharon Turnbull at Convention in Brisbane this year.
It really is a great idea, and if you would like to know how to make it please contact me and we can organise a time for your Stampin' Up! Workshop where I can show you and your guests how.
The products I have used for mine include:
Blue Bayou (In Colour 08), Kraft and Confetti White Cardstock
Le Jardin Double-Sided Designer Series Paper
Sahara Sand and Blue Bayou Classic Ink
Carte Postale Stamp Set
Sahara Sand Taffeta Ribbon
Thanks for looking!
Sam.
