Two Tim Holtz Embossing Folders

This is a card I made awhile back using two of the Tim Holtz Sizzix embossing folders and a motorcycle image from Digital Two for Tuesday.  The background stamp is in a photopolymer stamp set can be found in my Etsy shop Clearly Vintage.

Motorcycle Fun

A card using a digital image from Digital Two for Tuesday and background stamp is by Great Impressions.  The background embossing was done by an icing impression plate by Duffy.  I spritzed the paper with water and ran it through my Cuttlebug with the plate.

Two Tags

So I went to a stamping show a few weeks ago.  I picked up 20 Tim Holtz and Provocraft embossing folders and some Tim Holtz grungepaper.  This paper is so cool.  It is almost like leather paper.  I used it to make the flowers on the two tags below.  The stamps are Studio 490.  The flowers were punched with the new flower die by Tim Holtz.

Christmas Swag

This is a Christmas Swag I made a few years ago for a local scrapbook store.  I use to teach 3D flower classes and they were so much fun.  This I made by looking at pictures of the various flowers and them using punches to create the different shapes.

Easter Hippity Hop

Over on my other blog Clearly Vintage the Easter Hippity Hop has started.  Until Easter I will be posting 2 vintage Easter postcards a day.

This is a simple project I made using one of the images.  The border is a Martha Stewart border punch and the buttons are antiques.

I've Been Tagged

There is a great challenge over at Digital Two for Tuesday to use a little image of a girl in a tag. I rarely get a chance to actually photograph my projects anymore. I got a new camera and for some reason my computer is not recognizing the SD card. So I have to do all kinds of complicated things to get the photos off the card. Well yesterday I had a chance to make the tag and photograph it but didn't have the chance to put it on the computer until this morning. So here is my entry to the tag challenge. She certainly is a cutie. The background is a Cuttlebug folder. I lightly sponges the embossing with Distress Ink to empasize the embossing. The sentiment stamp is Studio G and the rose stamp is a Clearly Vintage from a special limited edition set. The buttons are vintage.

Let's be Friends

Here is my entry for Digital Two for Tuesday this week. I have used the friends image and the technique that Esther the guest hostess described for creating lace using a border punch and a crimper.

I used two Martha Stewart around the page punches to create the frames and a Cuttlebug embossing folder for the background. I colored the image with Copic markers.

The First Page

Awhile back I got a Moleskine sketch book with every intention of altering a page each week. I started the first page and then it sat for two months. I finally finished the first page this week. I have used two images from the Digital Two for Tuesday challenge this week and one of my favorite cabinet cards from Clearly Vintage. The background in a stamp from Studio 490. I used Distress Paint daubers. The little corner was embossed with a Cuttlebug folder.

It's a Tag, It's a Card

Here is a card I made using a tag I made experimenting with a few of my embossing folders and an image from Clearly Vintage. I sponged the tag with Distress Inks and then covered it with Rock Candy Crackle Paint from Ranger. I two small inchie images are from this week's Digital Two for Tuesday. I then glued it to another embossed background letting just a little bit peak out the edges.
