Bottle Tag

Long time no see. I seem to be getting good at these long absences but hopefully should have more time very soon. Garden just about completed so just the front bedroom to paint and titivate.

I would like to share with you today a project which I made using the Dutch Doobadoo Bottle tag card art.

Apart from the tiny Rosebuds, all the flowers have been made using Foamiran. The dies are by Rosy Owl and Lady E.  All being well, I am going to spend a day this week making nothing by these pretty flowers.

The chipboard which takes centre stage is by Scrapiniec. The circle mats have been created using stitched circle dies and Marianne Creatables. You can find the links to the products used at the bottom of this post.

The ribbon and key are from my crafty stash.

I would like to enter the following challenges.

Wedding Card.

I am sharing with you today a card using the Heart Shape Art from Dutch doobadoo.
This is my go to shape for wedding cards.

It took me a long time to make this card because I mistakenly thought the card was needed in lime green. It wasn't until I checked a message I realised it needed to be in mint green so lots of changes with flowers needed. Thank goodness I checked and hadn't glued anything down.

The image is from Tiddly Inks and is called Love You the Mostest.
I have coloured the image with Prismacolor Pencils.

The beautiful lace is Gwedoline from Crafteezee.
The Mr & Mrs is by Scrapiniec to which I added white embossing powder.
.
The flowers are from my stash but feel free to ask me is there is a flower you are interested in sourcing.

Christmas card.

Good morning.

I hope you have all had a lovely Christmas and I would like to wish you all a very happy 2018.

I has been a long time since I last posted as I have felt really poorly. My cold which I had for about 6 weeks ended up in my sinuses causing me to have bad headaches and absolutely no energy. The days I wasn't working I had sofa days just to try and get my strength back up for work.
Thankfully, I am ok now.

Because of the above, this is the only Christmas card I managed to make. It was lovely to get back into my craft room.

The shape of the card has been made using the Dutch Doobadoo Shape Art Bell.
The papers have been taken from the Frozen Forest paper pad by Studio Light.

The flowers have been made from Foamiran using the Lily/Poinsettia die by Whimsy Stamp. As it is a Christmas card, it goes without saying that I added lots of glitter and bling. The button is Genevieve
and from my crafty stash I added silver ribbon, silver berries and pearls.

I added silver embossing powder to the one of the Frames from the Scrapiniec  Ribbon Set.

I would like to enter the following challenges.

Christmas at Sweet Stampin - Anything goes Christmas.
Simon Says Stamp - Anything Goes
The Crafty Addicts - Anything Goes / (non traditional Christmas)

Once again, I wish you a very Happy New Year and I will see you in 2018.

Roses in Bloom/Ephemera

Good morning.

I am sharing with you today a card I made using Pion Designs Where the Roses Grow papers. - Roses in Bloom.

I chose this gorgeous  lady from a selection of Ephemera images by Maja Designs, Sofiera. If you click on the link below you can view the rest of the images. These images are really suited to the Scrapiniec Chipboard which are the decorative borders from the Royal collection.

The flowers include Blossoms, Roses in various colours and sizes, Rose Buds, Berries, Poppy, Chrysanthemum. Again, they are all linked at the bottom of the post. Added to the flowers are some leaves cut from the Studio Light beautiful flowers leaf edge die. This is still my all time favourite leaf die.

I added pearl string to the top and bottom of the image and let me tell you, it is driving me nuts looking at it as it is not straight along the top. I am going to try an unstick and re-stick it. Do you think I have a touch of OCD?

I tucked into the flowers above a bronze filigree butterfly and below is a bronze Antique leaf.

Thank you all for stopping by.

See you soon,

Hugs Sharon. x

Wednesday 21 June 2017

Good morning.

I am here with my inspiration post for Noor Design UK using the gorgeous Scrapiniec Power of Love.

The papers have been taken from the 6x6 Studio 75's Rose Avenue paper pad. The are so  with soft muted pinks and creams.

Irene Lace has been placed under the mat and on two of the corners I placed the Antique Filagree Corners.

The large pink flower bottom left of the card is the Pearl Blossom which is so pretty. The rest of the flowers in the displays are linked at the bottom of the post.
Placed on the Scrapiniec words is the Rhinestone butterfly - another favourite of mine.

That's all for today.
Have a lovely week and I will see you again soon.

Hugs Sharon. x
