Today Rinda has the second link-up for her summertime photo scavenger hunt here and although I’ve not been able to do much recently I did manage to find this
Still plenty to find but I’m hoping a trip to London soon will help.

I managed to find
The tower and spire of Salisbury Cathedral can be seen for miles
these musicians were happily singing amongst the hot Saturday shoppers
some wild boar at the zoo, they always remind me of Asterix the Gaul!
A few more photos to tick off from Rinda's Summertime photo scavenger hunt
a few images from last month, template by Rebecca Cooper
Time goes by so quickly and I’ve just realised I hadn’t done my June collage so here is a flavour of the month. A 90th birthday, Father’s Day, Dickens week, a cycle ride and a vintage car display.
Last weekend we travelled to Salisbury to visit family.
We were all up very early and out for a walk in the park
this little family was very busy having breakfast
while the reason for our early stroll was happily making up for a disturbed night!
then it was back home to play and have lunch
before nanny and grandad took pity on everyone and went back out, leaving the adults to take a nap
Sunday we were off to the zoo feeling more rested and in need of the shelter the New Forest gives
daddy and Uncle Peter were even allowed a couple of minutes to play
a stop at the sandpit
and relaxing in a swing
before looking at the animals
the butterfly house was a great hit
but Mr Hedges was the star of the zoo for us
A lovely couple of days was had by all.
I have two more photos for Rinda’s photo hunt http://gallorganico.blogspot.co.uk/2013/05/2013-summertime-photography-scavenger.html
One of the smallest theatres in the country, sadly looking a bit worse for wear at the moment
Our local Town Hall
Still looking for that cloud!
It’s the first Sunday of the month, time for Sian's Storytelling Sunday, something precious from a trip.
This ornament is precious to me in so many ways.
It tells the story of three little children waiting at the station
Who suddenly find more members of the family arriving.
An exciting train ride
with uncles to keep them amused
Where are they going?
a very special trip
at Christmas
to meet some magical friends
with daddy
and Grandad to join in the fun
up high to see better
and plenty of rides to go on
having fun can be so tiring.
and the reason?
After over three years of treatment followed by one year without, we could all finally relax a bit and learn to enjoy ourselves again.
Do go over to Sian’s blog and read more travel stories.
It’s been a while so I had a browse, found a sketch ( sketch 22 by Shimelle ) and scrapped.
A little bit of stamping, painting and sticking is a good way to spend an afternoon.
I got up early this morning and cleaned the windows, 30mins later this happened. I’m surprised we’ve managed 40yrs sometimes!
