The image and colors made me think of the super fun new Holiday Scribble Tree Die Set!!
I used the set to create both my die cut tree and 'Happy Holidays' sentiment!!  Such a fun die set!

I especially love the gorgeous tree!!  I added a bunch of rhinestones for my ornaments!!!

I also used the Stitched Ovals Die Set and Stitched Rectangle Die Set to create my card layout!!

Happy Black Friday!
If you went shopping, hope you got what you wanted!  I slept it!!  I'm not a fan of crowds and long lines!!

Hope you had a wonderful Thanksgiving!!  Sorry I didn't have a post yesterday!  I've been a little out of it the last week, struggling with a cold! :(

Snowflake Christmas Tree with IBS

Good Morning Stamping Friends!!

I am on the Inspired By Stamping Blog today!!

Today I am going to share a quick and easy tutorial with you.

I'm going to use some of my IBS stamps, to once again create my own Christmas tree.

This time it's going to be a snowflake tree!!

Start by collecting some supplies:
 Cardstock
Stamps
Ink

Begin by creating your bottom layer of your tree.
I decided to go with some pink snowflakes first!!

I just eyeballed it! So no real need for a ruler, unless you feel as though you really want one.

Then continue with the next layer.  I decided to switch to a different color as well as a different snowflake design!
I also put these a little tighter together.
But then went loose again with the snowflakes for the next layer.

Continue on up the tree as you wish!

I finished the tree up by adding a trunk!
I thought the light-bulb end from the Festive Greetings stamp set would make the perfect trunk!!
Don't you think?!
It's so fun to find different uses for your stamps, then what they were intended for!!

Here's my finished card:
I used the snowflake in the Christmas Wreath stamp set for the "star" at the top of the tree!!

Just think if all the fun Christmas trees you could create!!

Celebrate with Honey Bee Stamps

Hello Stamping Friends!
It's my day once again to post on the Honey Bee Stamps Blog!!

I wanted to have some fun today and extend my use of my stamps!

I grabbed the Brush Grunge Alpha set, as the brush stroke really caught my eye in this set! I already love this set for the beautiful alphabet and the endless sentiments and titles you can create, but I visioned a Christmas tree with this set, perfect with the holidays right around the corner!!

You can see my complete tutorial on the Honey Bee Stamps Blog!

Here is the card I created:
How cool is this Christmas tree?!?!
It was created using the brushstroke, which is part of the Brush Grunge Alpha set!

It's so much fun to look at your stamps differently and get more uses out of them!!

Close-up:
With an added star, also from the Brush Grunge Alpha set, and some rhinestones, you have a lovely Christmas tree!

The "celebrate" sentiment is part of the Life Right Now set.

"Bee" sure to check out all the lovely products Honey Bee Stamps has to offer!
Happy Stamping!!

Pretty Trees with GI

Happy Monday Stamping Friends!

It's my day to post on the Great Impression Stamps Blog once again!

When I seen the new G509 Patterned Trees, I knew I had to have it!
What  a pretty stamp!
I thought it would be fun to paper piece the trees together to make them more 3 dimensional!

At a straight on glance you can really see the sparkle I added to the trees:

I also used the C409 Merry Christmas sentiment to finish off my card!

And a close-up of the trees:
It was so fun, the kids helped me pick out the papers to use for the trees and then when I added the sparkle, they were so amazed!! :)  Oh the little things!
