Hi Everyone,
It's Sandy here with Window 22. Only two/three days left to go now? Are you ready? Have you wrapped all your gifts, cooked all the food, baked all the cookies, cleaned and decorated the house???
I haven't done anything of that yet, but at least with this card, I'm done with the Christmas cards. :-)

I haven't done anything of that yet, but at least with this card, I'm done with the Christmas cards. :-)
So I decided to do something a little bit different and went with a shaped card. The snowglobe card template I found over at the Silhouette store. Yup I've gotten myself a new toy :-), but we're not exactly at good terms right now, Cameo and I. :-( If you're interested, you can read more about it here on my blog.
So, today's candy consists of these four different colours of the Melissa Frances Pom Pom Trim.
The pom pom trim is one of my favourite trims. They add such charms and cuteness to all craft projects. I like all colours, especially the white one for Christmas projects.
By now, I'm sure you're familiar with how this goes, but just in case you have just found your way over here...for your chance of winning today's prize, please do the following:
1) Become a follower of this blog if you're not already
2) Post our Advent Blinkie in your Blog Sidebar. The html code can be found here.
3) Leave a comment on the blog post with your thoughts on the project

The lace that I've draped around the globe is DT Member Elin's favourite, "Lace Camille".
The largest circle I cut from Maja Design's I Believe, then there's the white pom pom trim, followed by the circle with music notes, which is Maja Design's 1899. The red ornament paper is from Inkido's Forever Santa 6x6 No.3, then the smallest circle I cut from Maja Design's Oat Cookies sheet.
Lastly the image is from Pion Design's Fairytale of Winter.

At the bottom of the card, I used another Maja Design paper, Garlands.
I tied two bows with the "Winter White" Shabby Seam Binding and attached a jingle bell and a G-Clef charm. Finally the roses at the bottom, are Kort & Godt's cream coloured rolled roses, and I attached Melissa Frances pearls to the centres. Also the pearls around the image are from Melissa Frances.

Now, the randomly drawn winner of the Maya Road and Tim Holtz hangers is Clare/Distressed Miss;
"Oh Elin these little hangers are so cute and your project shows them off perfectly. But also how fab for Valentines cards. Thanks for sharing Big Hugs Clare xx"

Enjoy your Saturday; now I'm off to do some cleaning and decorating and all that other stuff I mentioned above.... Wish me luck... :-)
Hugz,
Sandy
