I then cut the Peace Love Joy Phrase Die in white and red CS and cut off the LOVE portion and layered them together so it added a little highlight and depth to the word sentiment.  A couple more chipboard hearts and some white pain splatters finished off my tag along with a white ribbon and enamel dot.

Thanks for joining me today and have fun hopping. Come see me again on the 13th where I'll have another fun LOVE tag for you for DAY 6 of the Hop. :o)

Faery Ink~ String of Love Faery

Good Morning Crafty Friends, if you are looking for my TWO PAPER DIVA'S make click here. :o)

I'm here to share a card I made for
http://faeryink.com/

using the Newly  Released String of Love Faery.
How gorgeous is she??? :o)
I did a soft BOKEH TECHNIQUE for the background as I thought it lent an ethereal feel to the image. I used Distress Inks in "Victorian Velvet" and "Shaded Lilac". Then went over it with Color Box "Frosted White" and a home-made stencil using acetate and Lifestyle Crafts NESTING CIRCLES dies in various sizes.

I colored this beauty with Spectrum Noir Markers and fussy cut her out. Then I went over her gown with Wink of Stella for some shimmer.

and here's a side view where you can see I propped her up with Foam Dots for dimension.

I finished off with a sentiment from Crafter's Companion "Party Paws- Bamboo Treats" set

Thank you for stopping by and I hope I've inspired you to get crafty today! :o)

Two Paper Divas~ Burst with Love

Happy Friday Crafty Friends, I'm back to share with you another make
http://www.twopaperdivas.com/shop/

using sentiments from I Chews You and Sweet Sentiments.

I started by cutting 1inch strips of DP from Prima- Julie Nutting #911270
and gluing them down in random at an angle. I then inked the edges with Vintage Photo Distress Ink to soften it. I stamped a sentiment from  the I Chews You set in Versafine Sepia. I finished with some heart dies cute from Spellbinders and Amy Tangerine.

I propped up the larger (Amy Tangerine) Heart die cut with 3D foam tape for added dimension.

Of course I had to tie in the front theme with the inside of the card, so I added some Heart die cuts as well with the "Sweet Thoughts" sentiment from the Sweet Sentiments set. Love how you can mix and match between Two Paper Diva Sets.

Thank you for stopping by, I hope I've inspired you and have a fabulous weekend!

Be sure to stop by next Friday for few fun make using some wonderful stamp sets from Two Paper Divas! :o)

It's always an Anything Goes Challenge!

Our amazing Sponsors this challenge is:

http://thestampingboutique.com/

I got to work with the lovely Oddella Heart . Just loved this image!

Here's my tag:
.
I painted the tag with Teal and Purple acrylic paints after priming with Gesso. I then randomly stamped some hearts using a stamp from my stash using Stazon Midi Gothic Purple ink
and stamped Pearl Strand from So Suzy Stamps in Stazon Midi Emeral City ink.

I also glued down some circle punches along the edge for added dimension with out adding too much weight. I then made circles using a bottle cap and Black Acrylic paint mixed with water. I highlighted a few of these circles with White, Pink and Blue Gelatos.

I finished it all by spalttering some white acrylic paint and Edging the circles with my white Signo Gel Pen.
Some black and purple twine from my stash finished it off.

I colored the image with SN Markers and fussy cut her out; and used Modge Podge to adhere her to the tag. I kept her in an icy aqua color to lend to the Zombie feel of the image. ;o)
Finished by adding some Lumiere 3D Adhesive & Dimensional Metallic Paint in Lavender

Thank you so much for stopping by and I hope you check out my teamies beautiful makes and leave them some love!

Happy Craftin'!

I Sew Love You!

It's Monday!! So that means it's another Craft Your Passion Challenge! Yay! This week it's
"Don't get your TWINE in a tangle".
We want to see twine/string on your creations!

Our lovely sponsor this week is:

Here's my easel card:

I used the digi from the Patched Hearts Set  from Tiffany Doodles.
I colored the digi with Spectrum Noir Markers and used Silver Smooch on the Pins and Needle. The base cardstock is from American Crafts- Tropical Set and the DP is
So sweet paper by Echo Park Paper. The Twine is from We R Memory Keepers-in Black, Yellow, Orange,Pink.

Here's my twine, twine...and more twine.

I circle punched 3 circles from cardstock that I covered in Scor-tape. I started in the middle with my twine and wound it around the circle. I also used twine on the bottom corner.
I also wound twine around the layer under the Digi and around the sentiment (also from the Tiffany Doodles
Patched Hearts Set ).

I cut out the needle and threaded it with the twine and used pop dots to adhere it to the card.

There that's my twine and I'm sticking to it. ;o)
