sneak peek: 'estet' premiere screening

wow... it has been like almost 2 weeks hor? i didn't blog huhuu... well if you follow my twitter you would know of how busy i was for the past weeks~ there were quite a number of events that i attended; and that will be carried on this week too. so now already november, i have told myself that i will make sure to complete all the pending blog post asap...

so as you could see we were in sitiawan on saturday for 'estet' premiere screening. i could rather say a long blog post will be coming out soon. at the meantime i just can't wait to show you people this~

no touchy!

if some of you people could remember megat's joke about THE tick!, well here's another that we encountered over the weekend~

it was like visiting relatives day. and when we were at a grand auntie's place, how excited we were to see one of my uncle's metal sculpture placed outside the house. so i quickly got my dad to snap a pic of me!

megat approached me soon after and said: "mommy, this one got no 'do not touch' sign plak..." hehee... oh, dear! LOL!

what a cool tuesday morning...

this nice cool weather always reminded me of our trip to cameron highlands about 4 years ago. it was the kids first trip there indeed. we were all especially megat was definitely damn excited, only He knew. no doubt we all lurve holidays!...

one thing that made us laughed that time was megat's bedtime incident. he was all ready to go to sleep when he wanted to pee. ok fine. then he went back to bed after he did his thing. and when he was about to close his eyes, he had to go to the washroom again! and guess what people. this happened again and again and again... i think that incident repeated maybe more than 6 to 7 times i tell you lol...

then finally when he wanted to go up again for the last time (if i'm not mistaken), he mumbled: "EEEEEEEEEE... what's this that i wanted to pee je!..." hehee... all of us laughed like hell :~)

i could say that i'm always the last to update my blog about events that i attended and such. but arghhh... don't care lor... as long as i update my blog, no matter late or not, i always trust to better be late than never! *glurp*

hmm... looks like something has to be taught here. or else i'll ask him first of what was he meant by that. or whether he knew of what was it mean. i know, sometimes not all acronyms are understandable by certain people especially kids. i did that just to make sure that they could learn. i know they will! :)

according to the free dictionary p.s. (sometimes i wrote it as p/s) or postscript means a message added at the end of a letter, after the signature [late latin postscribere to write after].

so basically p.s.s. means "post scriptum scriptum" which is the complete formula of the shorter "p.s." (written after what has been written)

if you mean an additional postscript, than it is p.p.s. : post post scriptum. nevertheless, sometimes i would write both of them without any dots: ps and pps.

ants do rest and sleep people!

it was just the other day when we giggled to megat's reaction to 'awoken ants' as per him hehee...

the story: he was about to place the dinner plate near the wash basin, that he saw some 'sleeping ants'. nonetheless he still placed the plate there. then the ants went doinkkk!!! [while megat shaken his head and some of his body parts] as though they awoke when megat disturbed them rotfl... that was cute! owh, how i wished that i captured that moment in a video.

"didi (弟弟), where got ants sleeping!" puteri told her didi.

well, since i was not sure myself, i quickly got some help from ms google after i finished my meal. and to answer megat, yes, apparently ants also rest and sleep since they worked very hard =)

we were having our lunch at one of the pizza hut outlet in ipoh on last friday, when puteri teased megat for eating the soup by holding the spoon with his left hand. ya... megat is a left-handed. so we started to talk about it while waiting for our pizza. then mama asked megat of what we called a person who can write with his/her both hands.

"both handed!", megat answered seriously.

as usual, we were all laughed like hell!!! hehee...

butterfly catcher(?)...

do you know what is this thingy people—

well for those who dunno, its actually a hair styling device. eventually we used that to create an inverted ponytail (or also known as an inside-out ponytail).

follow these three easy steps:

1. gather the hair into a low ponytail
   smoothing hair, gather it all back into a low ponytail near nape of neck. fix with hair band, tying more loosely than you would with a standard ponytail. tip: use a band that matches your hair color.


2. create a hole above the band
   using the hairstyling device, insert it in the hair just above the hair band. twist the hair in the loop to make it easier to thread through in the next step.


3. thread hair through the hole
   thread the twisted ponytail through the hole at the front, pulling it out the bottom with the hairstyling device. slide up the hair band to tighten for a strong hold.

guess what people... i wanted to create this hairstyle for puteri this morning. when megat saw me putting the hairstyling device in puteri's ponytail, then he asked me, "mummy, why are you putting that butterfly catcher thing in chor's hair?"

"butterfly catcher?!!", i asked him back.

"yaaa...", megat replied in his serious tone.

puteri and i looked at each other and laughed like hell. well sorry darling... so i explained to him of what that thingy is actually meant for.

"o ok!" hehee...

THE tick!

megat made us laughed earlier today at queensbay mall, in penang! well read on to find out of what had happened—

our last stop before we went back home was to order some pizzas to be tapau-ed. so while waiting for it to be ready, we walked to memory lane shop located just a few steps across.

then megat told me calmly while pointed to our right, "mama looked! the mall here has adidas, and tick also got".

i was like puzzled— "tick?", i asked.

"ya... tick!", megat repeated me. by this time, puteri and i were already looking at each other, then we both moved our view to the shop next to adidas'. we really can't help it then but laughed-out-loud hehee...

so can you people see of what we were laughing about? :D

while we were waiting for my staff to join us for lunch this afternoon, three of us, were chit-chatting non-stop; especially megat who asked so many questions like 'who would join us?' or 'why they can join us?' and when he knew from me that one of them was working relief shift i.e. 10.30 am to 6.30 pm, he wondered, "why abang farhan can go out while working?".

so i explained to megat that "farhan was having his break".

then megat was like, "screetttt!!!..." .

puteri and i immediately laughed and told megat that its NOT that break. well, eventually he understood me... gosh!!! its just that he was trying to tease me again! lol... suddenly the move incident came across my mind. so i told both puteri and megat about it. woh!... we laughed like no one business lor lol...

anak pinjam (borrowed-child) ?

i really can't wait to post about this. it happened earlier today when we were eating ice-cream at baskin robbins, kinta city.

"mama, how long people can borrow anak?", megat asked me.

i was like, "haa?!!... borrow anak?".

"ya... you know... people who do not have children will borrow anak", said megat confidently ;) then he asked me the same question again, "so how long they can borrow?". by that time both puteri and i were so damn surprised and looked at each other. then puteri smiled.

"ohh... you mean anak angkat (god-child/child sponsorship)?", i asked megat.

"no... anak pinjam ler mama...". puteri and i laughed. while megat was puzzled.

"adik, adik...", i called megat while smiling. "where got anak pinjam. anak angkat got ler...".

"ohh... so takde le anak pinjam?", megat asked.

"takde", i answered. people around us looked at us one kind only. we were laughing like hell that's why lol...

i did wonder of what megat was thinking, that made him wanted to ask me that question. when i asked him, he just smiled.

move!!!

i know it was so damn long time ago that i last painted my nails. i guess maybe before i was pregnant for megat. i always did it myself. i only went for professionals maybe once a month or fortnightly, depends on my bz-ness. i didn't practise it anymore since then because i really do not have the time to cope that with my daily routine anymore.

now that puteri and megat have grown-up, i guess nowadays i could start doing whatever i left behind when i was in subang/kl before. so i went for a manicure session few days ago. i asked the ladt to paint my nails with a very light brown colour. the idea was not to surprise the local people here. i used to colour my nails red but that colour is not suitable here ;) she even drew two of my 10 nails with a very nice pattern.

i was helping megat after his shower this morning. it was the first time for him to see my nails as such. i know he was curious, he will ask me anything that he wanna know.

megat asked me while pointing his right thumb to my nails, "ma, how are you going to take that one out?".

"ohh... i'll have to use a nail polish remover sayang".

suddenly right after i put-on his t-shiirt, he moved around like one of his favourtie disney character, jake long in the cartoon american dragon. then he moved his arm while saying, "haiyaaaa.... MOVE!!!".

"hehe... adik, not that move lar", i told him.

"i know ma, i was just teasing you. i love you ma, you are so beautiful". both of us laughed, then we kissed and hugged each other. i love you too megat mwahh...
