More Mother's Day

Well I made 12 of these babies last night, all similar but each one slightly different. These were inspired by a card in the latest Beautiful Cards magazine, it is by Julie Hickey. All the cards are made using 15cm square card blanks and Enchanted papers by Craftwork Cards. Sentiments from Craftwork Cards and ruffles from CWC too!! Most of the cards have some stickles on some place or other, just to make a change!!!!!

This first one is almost a replica of the card in the mag apart from the colours, I put one of CWC ruffles through my Cuttlebug.

Again, very similar but added diamante buckle.

For this one I added some grosgrain ribbon threaded through a sentiment and added a butterfly sentiment too.

For this one I got a bit more ambitious!!! I did not have a black ruffle (I don't think you can get black ones!) so I used my new super duper scallop square punch and punched out 2 squares in black. I then ran these through my Cuttlebug and stuck them together. I sneakily tied the pink ribbon around the join and it looks like all one piece!! I also got a bit Cuttlebug happy and decided to Cuttlebug the flowers, I love this effect.

Finally, (are you fed up yet?), here is another with Cuttlebugged flowers and I added some extra little flowers on the ruffle.
Below is a close up of those cute flowers!!!

Ooo, I forgot, brads ar Dovecraft.
Thats it for now, won't bore you with all 12 of them!!

Papertake weekly challenge

Thought I would get ahead as Mother's Day is very early this year, 2nd March so made this for the challenge. Using bling on your cards!!
I dont know what you call this type of card, I first learnt it on a workshop with the fab Julie Hickey at Craftwork Cards and I have used it for varying different occasions.
The card is made by cutting 3 tag shaped cards and tying them together with ribbon.
This is one view of it

View from the front of the card
Made using Enchanted papers from Craftwork Cards, ribbon from Craftwork Cards, letters cut on Cricut and stickled.
