More Animal Outing

Hello there! As promised here I am with another card using the Animal Outing stamp set. I made this one whilst my Coffee and Card ladies were making theirs last Tuesday! 

I turned the card round and went for a landscape design with this one and left of the Linen Thread. I also used a different sentiment that was a little more generic!

The animals are all coloured with the Stampin' Blends which are now all available and we have 11 new lovely colours too!

Animal Outing Baby Card

Good Morning readers and welcome to my blog today! Today's make (and tomorrow's) will be with the Animal Outing stamp set. I was lucky to get this one free at a Stampin' Up! event in April and I must say it's one of those sets that has now grown on me! I saw THIS CARD on Pinterest and just had to case it as I loved it so much. I made a few tweaks and didn't use the Rooted in Nature papers but created a patterned background with the leaf stamp from the Rooted in Nature set.

The animals were coloured with the Stampin' Blends, watch out for a new Blends club coming soon!

What is really helpful with the colouring of these stamps is the shading on the stamp. If you look at the rhino you can use the lines and shaded areas to add the darker pen to help achieve a shaded look! I am no colouring expert, I just try and use this to help me!

Animal Outing Stamp Set

Hello there and welcome to my blog today! What a scorcher it looks like it is going to be today! 

Today I am sharing a card we made on Friday evening at my BINGO event, more details HERE if you would like to book onto the next one on 3rd August. 

We received this stamp set at a recent Stampin' Up! event and I have to say I wasn't too sure about it but as usual I have seen some fab examples all over the internet that have changed my mind completely and the fact that I love giraffes helps too!

 The papers used are from the Subtles 6x6 DSP pack which is such a useful little pack to have. I die cut a circle from them and then stamped the images on the white card behind and coloured it in with the Stampin Blends. Please note the "old colours" are now available and we are just waiting for the new colours to arrive in the warehouse.
