I loved these shoes, bought them in Italy about 5 years ago and they were so comfortable but, sadly, they started looking a bit the worse for wear and were destined for the shoe shop in the sky. Until, that is I saw the theme on Tuesday taggers !!!!I put a coat of gesso on and then when dry used Acrylic paints in Gold, Copper and dark brown to liven them up I then added the lace, a flower and butterfly and some wording around the sides which I'd printed out on safmat.
I won't wear them, I only altered one !!!! but at least it will take pride of place in my craft room !!
It is brilliant Hildalove the colours
