Welcome back to another "rockin" post here! This is my last card as an Inkette for Inky Impressions rubber stamps and I'll miss the gals there and Nicole the creator of the wonderful stamps. I have enjoyed my time on the team and absolutely love Inky Impressions rubber stamps! You ladies ROCK!
Today kicks off another fun challenge at Inky Impressions Challenges. This week it's "Anything Goes" so I know we'll get lots of fabulous creative entries. Why don't you play along too?!
The challenge this week is sponsored by The Twinery and one lucky winner will receive a Sampler package of twine - another great reason to play along!
This adorable Inky Impressions stamp is called "Rock N' Roll Donnie". It's the perfect image for a teenage boy (or girl for that matter) card. It was colored with Copic markers and I chose these terrific "Rock Star" papers from Best Creation Inc. to match the theme. And the wonderful twine here is from The Twinery of course!
Check out the amazing creations from the rest of the Inkettes over at the Inky Impressions Challenges blog - some fabulous inspiration to get you started today!

Time For Tea
Welcome back to my second post today and the kick off of another new challenge with Inky Impressions rubber stamps. The Inky Impressions Challenge theme is Happy Birthday and we all have fun creating those kind of cards!
This week we're so pleased to have Nitwit Collections as the sponsor of the Inky Impressions Challenge. Nitwit Collections has such a terrific selection of digital scrapbook kits, digital papers and card making supplies. The winner of the challenge will receive a gift certificate to use at Nitwit Collections.
Some very creative things are available at Nitwit Collections like this pretty scrapbook kit I used to create my card today for the Inky challenge. It's called "Time for Tea" and is new. I was so taken with the colors and beautiful flower papers. I used several of the digital papers from this kit, a teacup image, button and label. The dear stamped image is Inky Impressions' "Angelica's Heart Socks" - it was colored with Copics, cut out and perched on the edge of the circle panel like she's just hanging there.
This terrific sketch at Sketches by Carly was the inspiration for the layout of my card. I am always amazed at these wonderful sketches that Carly draws up. This one is especially creative and unique.
You'll want to play in the Inky Impressions Challenge for a chance to win one of these fab digi kits from Nitwit's. Hop on over to the challenge blog and see all the terrific inspiration from the Inkettes.

Handmade Embellishments at Inky
Welcome back bloggers and Inky Impressions fans! We have a fun challenge starting today at the Inky Impressions Challenges blog. This week we want to see all of your handmade embellishments so put your creativity hat on and join us!
I decided to get out my crochet hook again and crochet flowers as my handmade embellishments. I am a total amateur at this so don't laugh at how they look!!! But it was fun to create these and see how they actually look like flowers - amazing luck on my part! I used Lili's Stuffed Bunny rubber stamp from Inky Impressions and colored her with Copics. These Inky Impressions rubber stamps are so detailed and ink up beautifully. And every one of the images makes for an adorable card. The fun papers are from Bo Bunny.
Challenges that I'm entering my card in this week are:

Flower Power at Inky Impressions
Hi there fans and followers and a Wednesday welcome to you. We have two things going on today and two posts - a busy day. Let start with the new challenge at Inky Impressions. Flower Power is the theme this week and that can mean lots of things - a beautiful flower stamp or image, tons of flower embellishments, pretty floral papers, etc on your cards and projects. We want to see them all!
I went with an image that has flowers on it, floral papers and a punched flower embellishment on my card to fit the theme. The image is Angelica's Bunny Hugs and it's on sale right now in the Inky Impressions Store.
I used this beautiful layout from Card Patterns for my card design. I was so inspired after seeing this and the design team samples using it. Thanks for the inspiration ladies! I'm entering my card in their challenge this week.
Now pop on over to Inky Impressions Challenge blog and see the creativity of all the Inkettes - you'll love what you see there.

Mischievious Christopher
It's time to get inky with Inky Impressions today! There's a new challenge starting at the Inky Impressions Challenges blog and for those that like sketches we have a good one for you to follow this week.
Here's the fun sketch for the Inky Impressions Challenge this week. There is also a simplified version that you'll find on the challenge blog.
The Robin's Nest is sponsoring our challenges all month! The winner of the challenge will receive a $15 gift certificate to The Robin's Nest.
On this card, I've used some terrific rub-ons provided by The Robin's Nest - the palm tree and the sentiments are the ones I'm highlighting today. I've also used their diamond shape dew drops which are a fun added embellishment. The Inky Impressions rubber stamp that I'm showcasing is Mischievious Christopher. I think this image does a great job of capturing a pure boy! Frog in hand in the middle of a puddle and the added slingshot is just perfect too. The only thing missing is the mud!
We have a great sale going on now at the Inky Impressions store. Angelica's Bunny and Lili's Chicks rubber stamps are specially priced just in time for your Spring and Easter cards.
Come join us in the challenge this week. We love seeing your wonderful creations! Thanks for stopping by today!

You're My Pot of Gold
Hi fans and followers! I'm back again today with a new card from Inky Impressions for the new challenge today at Inky Impressions Challenge blog. "You're My Pot of Gold" is the theme this week and I took that literally by using my gold sparkly papers and gold stickles!
We have a terrific new sponsor all month for our Inky Impressions Challenges. The Robins Nest is providing a $15 gift certificate to our challenge winner.
The papers I've used on my card this week are from The Robin's Nest and were so perfect for this theme. The green background paper has gold flecks through it and the botanical print paper is so beautiful with it's birch bark look.
I've used a couple new digi stamps from Inky Impressions this week. The Rainbow Pot of Gold and Rainbows Sentiment make a perfect St. Patty's Day card. Here I've used the Rainbow image as part of my card design which is from Stamptacular Sunday Challenge.
I thought it was fun to use the image as part of the corner design on this sketch. I'm entering my card in the Stamptacular Sunday Challenge this week.
I was also inspired by the Cupcake Inspirations challenge photo this week and playing along there too. See that rainbow and pot of gold?
So that wraps it up for today. Please visit the Inky Impressions Challenge Blog and see the wonderful gold-inspired creations that the Inkettes are showing off this week.

Another Inky Day!
Happy Friday fans and followers. I wanted to share a card I made for Inky Impressions that was for the Inky Inspirations Blog. The focus of my post there is on using lots of layers in your card making. You all know how I love layers and this one is a good example. Eight layers on this one, three layers on just the ribbon alone. And even the flower embellishment is layered!
I used Inky Impressions' Chatterbox Lili and colored her with Copic markers. I had the fun phone papers already in my stash and don't they coordinate perfectly with this dear Lili?!
Once again this fabulous sketch from Seems A Little Sketchy was my inspiration. I adore this sketch - probably because of all the layers - ya think?!! It's also a fun sketch for mixing a bunch of patterned papers which is also what I tried to achieve on my card.
So there you have it - a great way to start off a Friday don't you think? Pop on over to the Inky Inspiration Blog and see what the Inkettes show there to inspire new ideas, techniques and just plain creativity.

Inky Impressions Challenge
It's a new challenge today at Inky Impressions and I'm showing off our Marlee character today in this Good Luck card for a friend. The challenge theme is just that - create a Good Luck card! Visit the Inky Impressions Challenge Blog for all the details to play.
I created my card using Inky Impressions' Winter Fashion Marlee rubber stamp. I think she's so cute in her pink and blue fashion outfit! She was colored with Copics and cut out to perch on the edge of the panel in this great sketch I used from Tuesday Morning Sketches.
I just love this Tuesday Morning Sketches layout this week - instantly inspired to create with it. I rotated the sketch on my card to better fit the Marlee image I was using.
I hope this has inspired you to join the Inky Impressions Challenge this week and perhaps to use this terrific layout at Tuesday Morning Sketches too!
