Grow {Market Street Stamps}

{As seen today on the Market Street Stamps blog}

For this card I wanted to use the image from the Market Street Stamps Grow set to look like doodles on a piece of binder paper. I stamped the Vintage Notepad background stamp with blue ink on white cardstock to create the "binder paper".
Once I had the background and "doodles" stamped I had so much fun coloring it in. I just love the way Kim added all those extra details that make coloring fun.

For this one I kept it sentiment-free...I think that the colored image is the star of the show and can be used for many different occasions.

Thanks for stopping by today!

Life Is Beautiful {Market Street Stamps}

The NEW March release stamp sets are now available for purchase from Market Street Stamps!
{And even more exciting...they are debuting at 15-25% off!}

I created the background of this card with the new Candy Stripe background stamp.
{I stamped it in VersaMark Watermark ink to create the tone-on-tone effect.}

The focal image (from the Comforting Florals stamp set) was stamped in Tuxedo Black and colored with my Copics.

The sentiment is from the new Simple Salutations) set and was stamped again using Tuxedo Black ink.

I topped it all off with a button and some black burlap string.

Thanks for stopping by today!

The Details:
We’ll be hopping all weekend {March 24th and 25th} to welcome spring!
(The blog hop officially ends on Sunday March 25th at 11pm CST.)

You may find some fun giveaways along the way…be sure to check the directions carefully on each blog to participate.

The Project:
Since we are welcoming the arrival of spring I got out some very "springy" papers from my stash and some fun stamps from Market Street Stamps. That cute little chick is hand drawn (by me!) and is perfect for all sorts of spring projects.

I used two Fiskars squeeze punches (Round N Round in Large and Extra Large) to create the layered image. It almost looks to me like the little chick is peeking out of a hole in a tree.
I finished all off with a wood button tied with lace.

Thanks for stopping by today!
