本來應該用petal dust 色粉上色,但剛巧紫色缺貨,所以惟有試用食用色素噴粉代替。出乎預料,效果相當好。

幼絲帶繞兩個圈子,用針線縫好尾端。一共要準備十個。
尾端再用#28糖花鐵線穿起。
十根鐵線用糖花專用鐵線膠紙扎實底部。

我共做了30個cupcake,放在五層cupcake stand 的排法是:第一層6寸蛋糕、第二層5個cupcake、第三層7個、第四層8個、最下層10個,剛剛好30個。
