Beryl's Chocolate & Cafe

Image
Assalamualaikum :D The opening of Mitsui Outlet Park on last 30th May promoted the opening of many business types. Beryl's Chocolate and Cafe is one of them and this would be the first Beryl's Cafe in Malaysia too. I asked the Malay staff there about the halal status of the cafe and it seems everything still in the progress but she assured me that the cafe is halal. I came here with confidence and I was delighted to indulge all the tasty desserts ( fangirling mode for chocolates )! The cafe at the front.  The dining area was further inside the cafe. Some of Beryl's products were also available there. This menu stand would be a great help for customers to know what's in the menu. The classy yet simple interior of the cafe. There were various of chocolate pralines which made of milk, dark and white chocolates. You can choose whichever you want and the staff there would package them nicely in a box. Assorted pralines c...

Zawara Coffee @ Bangi

Image
Assalamualaikum :D Zawara Coffee Bangi is just opened and it offers a wide variety of menu. There will be more Zawara Coffee outlets soon and hooray for those who are interested in franchising as there are opportunities to do so! For more information, visit Zawara Coffee's webpage. The front of the cafe with its signage. The outside eating area with the provided ashtrays on the tables. The operating hour. The cafe opens everyday from 9am-11pm but till 12am for Fridays and Saturdays. This is quite rare because most cafes close on Mondays. The counter and also the cashier. You need to make an order first, then the staff there would give a pager that would ring once the order is prepared. It just like at Caffe Bene .  By the way the counter was a bit high as I needed to stand on tiptoe when ordering  or am I too short?   The cakes selection. The displayed menu. The prices of the food were affordable. The cafe was fil...

Chemistry Cafe + Lab @ Bandar Baru Bangi

Image
Assalamualaikum :D Chemistry Cafe Shah Alam made a big hit among the students and the hipsters. Now it had set up a new branch at Bangi. The signage of the cafe. The cafe was packed with full of crowds. More crowds were coming after I took this picture. The cafe had a lab-themed interior. This bench made me miss my research times. Some of the interior. I love the idea how the lab apparatus been displayed on this partition. The wallpaper with the face of the intellectuals(?) like Einstein.  Wait. Was that Elvis? The cafe had a limited menu as the menu revolves around  pasta, roasted chicken, desserts and drinks. I was disappointed as the waffles were not available that time. The washroom was just near the water station. Mini stage for the acoustic performance held every Friday and Saturday, at 9pm. The outside eating area or smoking area since there were ashtrays on the table. Roasted...
