Such a great day... - Anguree Van Rensburg - Mood Board Inspiration

Hello dear friends

I'm back here today sharing my view on our gorgeous May Moodboard.

As you will see, I used various bits of chipboard and if you look closely you may notice that I cut up the Juliet balcony pieces to create texture strips to suit my layout.

I've coloured my Chipboard using Versa inks and 13@rts ink sprays.

To finish it off I used some of the beautiful new 49And Market flowers and 13@rts 3D Balls.

Last but not least I added a couple of my favorite chipboard wordplay words to reflect happy memories.

Thank you so much for visiting us today.
Hope to see you back here soon.

with clear gesso and added lots of texture with a stencil and texture paste. I coloured the background with Finnabair metallique paints and waxes. I heat
embossed all the chipboard pieces with embossing powders. I adorned my

Madeira 2019, Kerstin Filou - Mood Board Inspiraiton

Welcome creative friends!

Today a new inspiration for our romance May Moodboard by Dusty Attic.

I was inspired to create a mixed media layout as memory on a beautiful vacation last year to Madeira, it's a beautiful island situated in the north Atlantic
Ocean.
We visited the Flower Festival in spring.
There was an enchanting flower parade, where people danced happily through the streets.
A sea of colours, shapes and scents, simply unforgettably beautiful.

Have you seen this wonderful soft tone colours on our Moodboard this
month,
an amazing romance picture, which reminds me on all the wonderful flower
bouquets to
the Mother Day or Weddings in this springtime.

 some close up's

for the flourishes I used a very special embossing powder 'Salted
Wine Enamel' from Emerald Creek

Firstly I primed
all the Chipboard pieces with white gesso and painted with delicate
metallic colours, pearl and green,
after drying I
highlighted the chippies with
Metallic Lustre
'Champagne Ice', a wax finish from DecoArt.

used Dusty Attic

chipboards

I hope I could inspire you to take time again for the beautiful things in life!

We are looking forward to see what you come up with this months challenge.

Happy crafting!

Thanks for your visit!

I liked those colors a lot and decided to create a bright flowery layout
I used texture paste, bunch of paper layers to create volume as well as fretwork chipboard from оDusty Attic. Whenever I work with it I am always fascinated by its versatile application and today I covered it with light embossing powder to match the color tone of the whole composition. I used the note sign, frames and branches and I think all of it look great together. I added some flowers I made myself and enhanced the work with small details as I love to do.

I hope you enjoy my work!

Royal Jar - Anat Weksler - Mood Board Inspiration

Hello crafty friends!
Anat here, sharing today my take on the monthly moodboard.

When I was choosing the chipboards for the altering of the Jar, I came across this amazing Royal frame and knew I had to use it! I wanted a vintage shabby look and it is perfect for this.

The frame was painted with Finnabair's Impasto paints and rubbed with vintage gold metalique wax.
