Less Than 0.1% of French Population Has Taken 'Swine Flu' Jab so Far, Admits French Health Minister

The French Health Minister, Roselyne Bachelot, has indicated today, Thursday, that so far only 50,000 people have taken the swine flu jab in France since the launch of the mass vaccination campaign. There are an estimated 65 million people living in France. 50,000 people is less than 0.1 per cent of the total population. French Government To Use Swine Flu Threat In Crack Down On Liberties

Documents leaked to the French national newspaper Liberation, reveal that the government there intends to use the threat of a swine flu pandemic to overhaul legal protections for citizens.

According to documents provided to the daily by a judges’ union, the plan would extend the period police can keep a suspect in detention without charge or a hearing before a judge to up to six months, reports the Agence France-Presse.

The plan also involves denying suspects access to a lawyer for up to 24 hours, holding more secret trials and trying children in adult courts.

French Government Document Details Forced Mass Vaccination Plans From September 28th

The document dated August 21st and signed by the French Health Minister Rosaylne Batchelot-Narquin and the French Minister of Interior, Minister of the Interior, Overseas Territories Brice Hortefeux is addressed to the heads of each of France’s defense zones. the regional prefects in charge of police and the gendamerie, the prefects of departments and the heads of regional health authorities for hospitalization.

The objective of the 19-page document is the systematic vaccination of the entire French population in the period October, November, December 2009 and January 2010.

Secure facilities are to be established in every region that will serve as “vaccination centers”.

Another Air France Plane got Bomb Threat

Aviation authorities said an Air France Buenos Aires-to-Paris flight was was grounded temporarily because of a bomb threat that turned out to be false.

Officials at Buenos Aires' Ezeiza International Airport delayed an Air France flight from the Argentine city to Paris May 27 after the bomb threat was called in, The Daily Mail reported Wednesday.
