Guess what?
Charlie turned 9 months old this month!
I'm caught up!!!
Here is a look back at our cute little fish from August 19 until now.
Charlie LOVES bathtime.
He loves splashing!
He kicks his legs and flips his arms up and down.
Because of his "floppiness" I sometimes refer to him as Fish.
I have mentioned many times before how sweet and mellow he is.
He does have his cranky moments though.
But even then they are pretty mellow cranky moments.
I walked in one day and found Charlie asleep like this.
I love all the different ways he falls asleep with his blanket.
He had woken up by the time I grabbed the camera.
Charlie LOVES otter pops.
If anyone is eating one and he isn't, then he will let you know that he wants one NOW!
Charlie went swimming for the first time in a swimming pool.
He liked it MUCH better than swimming in Willard Bay.
It probably helped that the water was warm and that he wasn't being splashed by any waves.
Charlie loves tilting his head to the side.
He does it in the high chair, in the pool, while sitting on the floor, etc.
You can just look at him and tilt your head and he'll do the same.
It is pretty dang funny!
I love it!
Some other fun things about Charlie -
He has NO teeth and shows no signs of getting teeth any time soon. (Thank you sweet baby!)
He rolls ALL over the place - even under the bunk beds!
He's trying to figure out how to pull himself up to standing.
He's almost stood up in his crib once.
He has mastered taking 2 naps a day. He now naps at 9:30 and 1:30.
He nurses 4 times a day.
He goes to bed between 8 and 8:30 and sleeps until his brothers wake him up at 7 or so.
He waves.
He's trying to figure out clapping. He has the arm movement down but needs to figure out that he should also be hitting his hands together.
If I spiked all of his hair up he'd probably look like the mother on Rugrats - triangle hair!
He gives the sweetest kisses! The wet, slobbery open mouthed baby kind! He'll even grab on to my face and give me a big ol' kiss. It melts my heart every time.
We love you Charlie!
