August

Highlights from August:

1.  Sarah got to go the Cheese and Chocolate Bar atop Marina Bay Sands with her work colleagues
2.  Sarah's car was hit while in a parking lot
3.  The band/singing group "A Great Big World" came to give a concert to the military community on base.  Sarah's boss was able to "score" a private Meet & Greet with them for the teenagers:

4.  Sarah and Jeremy went to one of their favorite Mexican restaurants in Singapore (because there aren't many to begin with) named "El Patio" in Holland Village.  It is a fun place because up until about 6 p.m. the area where you see everyone is actually a street.
5.  Missoula Children's Theater visited our military community again, with the performance of "Blackbeard the Pirate."  Allison was Blackbeard, Madison a crab, and Parker a sailor.

6.  Another year of school started...Kindergarten for McKenna

7.  Allison started seminary.  She meets in the neighborhood at another family's house (just around the corner) at 6:45 a.m.  There are 27 of them.  I did NOT take any pictures.

8.  Sarah and Jeremy were also able to get out for another dinner to another favorite location--Our Village (Indian food) in Robertson Quay.  It's a great location down in the city, on the fifth floor/rooftop terrace.
9.  The kids are back in the routine of school

10.  On August 22, Jeremy's mom, Pam Dastrup, was sealed to David Strate in the LDS Mount Timpanogos Temple (we were unable to attend):
