This is my last project as a Design Team member for August at
Wee Memories. I have had such a great time on this team and they are such a talented group of ladies. Thank you so much Jenny for the opportunity!
This week is sponsored by
Third Coast Rubber Stamps. The winner will get a $25 Gift Certificate to their store!
Ann on the DT got to choose the theme this week and it is "In the Forest". I saw this cute tree on the
Sweethearts Cartridge™ and really wanted to make a tree-shaped card.

I wanted to get some kind of critter in there though and thought the bees from
Sentimentals Cartridge™ would be perfect.
I welded the blackouts of the tree together on my
Gypsy™.
Then I created another brown layer for the front and embossed the brown with the
A2 Forest Branches Emboss Folder™.Next I used my
Bo Bunny™ dot paper for the top of the tree. I pop-dotted it (that is now a verb).
I cut out the leaves from Cricut™ paper.
The hearts were cut from
Core'dinations card stock, ran through the Cuttlebug™ with the
A2 Swiss Dots Emboss Folder™, and then I put Glossy Accents™ on them. I pop-dotted them as well.
The bumble bees were cut from
Bazzill™ Diamond Glaze card stock, the vinyl from the back of a binder, and DCWV™ neutrals stack.

I hope you like it! I can download the Gypsy™ file for you if you would like and email it to you.
Have a wonderful weekend. I will be buzzin' around the San Francisco Bay area and am headed to a concert tonight!
