Stampin' Chez Moi

Hello friends, welcome here on this cold winter day in Winnipeg, Manitoba Canada ~ what a great day to curl up with a lovely French Press Coffee in front of a roaring Fireplace!!! I started with this great sketch from the   Sunday Stamps #330 Started with my Little Latte DSP for the main panel against my Early Espresso Card Base ~ it's just looking like Coffee Goodness to me!!! This Amazing Color challenge from   The Card Concept #204  was perfect for my Latte Love Card ~ now, I did not add any green into my creation, I sure hope that is okay! I Embossed the 'Splatter' Embossing folder using Crumb Cake and then I sponged the edges using Early Espresso ~ I stamped Textured Timber using Crumb Cake and then I took one of my Daubers and added some Early Espresso on the Stamp where I saw some of the 'knots' in the wood ~ I was hoping to achieve a table top look ~ I'm happy with the outcome ~ what do you think? And a coffee Birthday date is the PERFECT way to celebrat

Hello friends, welcome here to a fun Blog Post ~ today, I'm actually using some retired Stampin Up items!  I need a Birthday card for my Brother In Law .. so here we go!!! I found this great challenge at   GDP#428  ~ I followed the inspiration from Cindy Timmers ~ thank you for this! Now  Inkspirational #307  is calling out for Stencils, so I created my own Stencil.  I tore a piece of computer paper to create my sky/land ~ and using my 1 3/4" circle punch, I punched a circle for the moon.  I grabbed my sponges and created my sunset along with the grassed area. and a Birthday Card for the  STB#275  challenge ~ such a fun card.  I can't wait for my Brother In Law to open his Birthday card.  We love to camp with him and my sister, and so this little card is Perfect!! Hello friends and welcome here ~ this was such a FUN card to create and I sure hope you give this a go!!!  I was SO excited when I saw this Color Challenge from the CTD#764 Blog ~ I knew what I wanted to use for my DSP, and so away I went! And being a birthday card for our grandson, I also qualify for the challenge at  STB#271 following the Anything Goes portion! AND this is also a Masculine Card, which qualifies me for the challenge at SUOC#337 whoop whoop ~ I love it when my card qualifies for 3 challenges ~ Have you created one of these Pillar Cards?  they are SO easy and fun to create,  and what a GREAT way to use some of your Design Paper!!!   My sentiment was stamped on the Glow In The Dark Paper and using Staz On ~ I was SO excited when I turned off the lights!!! and now my card is standing tall the top view side view and as you can see, when the card is closed, it will fit in a standard A2 envelope!
