Blackleaf Studios - gift card holder

Here is another gift card holder I made - using a silhouette image from Blackleaf Studios. Nothing fancy, just used some scraps and rhinestones. The actual gift card holder is a die cut from Taylored Expressions.

Blackleaf Studios - Stamp it up!

This week at Blackleaf Studios, it is my turn to showcase some of their Digital stamps & Digital papers they have available. I have used Tinsel Town paper and the gorgeous Reindeer from BLACKLEAF STUDIOS. These look so pretty together, and it just SCREAMS for sparkle!!!

I glittered up the photo corners, added stickles to the stars, and some gems for extra sparkle!!!! The card base is silver. I added a few flourishes and some rhinestones to make it even more "blingy", and ended up with an elegant Christmas card!!

Thanks for stopping by!!! Have a GREAT day!!!

Blackleaf Studio's Halloween Blog Hop!!!!

Welcome to Blackleaf's first ever Halloween Blog Hop! We thought it would be fun to have a spooky blog hop to help introduce the new Halloween digis called Trick or Treat set 1.

If you came here from Ashley's blog then you are on the right path, if not start at the beginning at BLACKLEAF STUDIOS.

I made a little treat bag for my niece. I used one of the FAVOUR BAGS templates, the hat from the Trick or Treat set 1, and the digi paper from the Trick or Treats Pattern Backgrounds set. I printed the favour bag template on white paper - I think next time I will print it on orange. I like how it turned out though with the sponging!

Your next stop is Divya's Blog! She has a GREAT project for you to see!!!!

Dont forget to comment on each blog to be eligible to win the free digi stamps!! Good luck and HAVE FUN!!!!!! Off you get hopping........

Here is my creation using Trick or Treat set 1. Isn't she a fabby witch? She comes with a whole bunch of other images - and you can get her already coloured (this one is a digi) if you want!!
This is a 6x6 card, the base is black and I used white corrugated CS for the bottom layer. I wanted to keep the paper simple so I could showcase the great images. The bat is a MS punch, and the sentiment is from Michael's. Thanks for stopping by, have a GREAT day!!!

BlackLeaf Studios - Create Magic Monday

Hi there! Today I have a post for Blackleaf Studios - it is CREATE MAGIC MONDAY & my turn to post!!! Create Magic Monday is where we create some magic - use a tool or technique that is cool and share it with you! Today I have used Cuddly Bear and made a shaped card. I printed the digi image larger than normal - this bear measures 5" tall. I coloured him with Copics then cut him out. I mounted him onto vanilla paper, then cut around him again, making a shaped card. I then added brown Fun Flock to his belly!!! Very simple and very cool!!! You could also make this a "girl" by adding a little pink bow by her ear if you wanted! Very versatile image....and ohhh soooo cute!!!!! Head to the SHOP to check out the other really great products!!!

The flowers are really 3D - I forgot to take a picture of it from the side, but there are 3 sets on top of each other, it looks really cool IRL!!! SORRY!!! The sentiment is from Stamping Bella, and the rest of the papers and ribbons and such are from my scraps bin! Bookmarks make such great little gifts and use up a LOT of scraps!!! Blackleaf Studios new release..

... of some AWESOME Halloween Digi papers!!! Here is a sample of the whole set you can get at Blackleaf Studios shop. Go check it out!!! Very cool!!! And they match perfectly with the Trick or Treat sets that they sell!!! They even have SVG cutting files for your die cut machines!! How fun is that???

Here are a couple projects I made using the papers. The first is a party hat, which I will fill with candy for my niece; and the second is a Halloween card.
For the card, I drew on the spider web with a Versamarker and heat embossed it. I added 2 plastic spiders to the web & covered them with stickles. The witch shoe paper and the haunted house image are all available at Blackleaf Studios!
