Thank you cards for Baby

My friend has asked me to make her Thank you cards for baby gifts - she needs 75 of them! EEK!!! She is decorating her baby's room with elephants, penguins and ladybugs......some of my FAVOURITE critters.....so I KNOW I have TONS of images to use!!!! I printed off a whole bunch of images and sat in front of the TV and coloured for 3 evenings! I know I should have done the same layout and mass produced them, but I wanted them each to be special...yup, I know...a LOT more work, but will be worth it in the end. I DID do several with the same layout and same papers, but most are different!! I am only half way finished, but here are a few of them that are photographed and edited: The Stamp Fairy (Lenny Ladybug)

Karen's Doodles - Oldies But Goodies

I have used PEEK A BOO GIRL - a great image for many different occasions...not just for babies...it can be used for birthday, welcome, or a just because card BECAUSE she is SO CUTE!! ! I coloured her with Copics and added glitter to her dress!

I used Lemon Tart (PTI) and some DP that my friend LOLS gave to me awhile ago, but never used cuz it was TOO pretty!!! LOL The ribbon is from SU and the small flowers are from Wild Orchid Crafts.

Simon Says....Card for a Child

This week at Simon Says, we would like you all to join us in making and sending a card to a child - whether it is through Post Pals, Make a wish, or whatever foundation caters to children, it will certainly brighten someone's face!!!! I have used a Penny Black stamp called FLOWERS FOR MIMI , isn't she adorable? The CS is Taken with Teal and the Designer paper is from Basic Grey - Euphoria collection. I used liquid pearls in the center of the flowers and coloured it all with Copics. The ribbon is from a candy box I got last year that I HAD to reuse cuz it was SO pretty!!!! The sentiment stamp is also from my favourite GO TO sentiment set from Simon Says Stamp Exclusives!!! You can get all of this at Simon Says Stamp Superstore!!! I DID!!!!

Designed2Delight....Garden Party

This week, the freebie this week is called GARDEN PARTY from Designed2Delight. It is a really cute image, those mice look like they are having fun!! If you didn't get this freebie, head to the shop and pick it up, and start joining us for freebies EACH week!!!! It's so fun and SO addicting!!! LOL The CS is Lemon Tart (PTI) and the DP is from Nana's Kids (DCWV). I coloured it all with Copics and added stickles to the flowers & the cupcake. I also added crystal lacquer to the bee and the cherry to make them shiny. The sentiment is a stamp from SU.

Karen's Doodles - Birthday fun!!!

This week's challenge at Karen's Doodles is to have some BIRTHDAY FUN!!! So lets see your Birthday cards, gifts, scrapbook pages, etc.!

I used BIRTHDAY FAIRY and coloured her with Copics & my atyou Spica pens. I added stickles to her wings and wand and to the cake. I added some flowers and some bling from my stash and a sentiment from an unknown set!

Incy Wincy Designs Challenge - FLOWER FRENZY!!!!

This week at Incy Wincy Designs challenge, we want to see your FLOWER FRENZY!!! Use lots of flowers, flower paper, flower images....as long as it has FLOWERS, it will qualify!!!! Anyway, on to my project. I made a gift tag using CHELSEA from Aspire To Thrive Children's Charity. I didn't write on it before I took the picture, but this particular Chelsea is perfect for tags!!!
