Another Gorjuss Girl! (don't you just love 'em!)

Evening All,
A real flying visit tonight, didn't want to miss out joining in the fun over at The Sugar Bowl with this fortnight's challenge - Challenge 37, Marlene's Sketch. So here's my entry...

The gingham backing paper is by Craft Creations, the strawberry paper is Berry Blue by Doodlebug and the red gingham is Square Dance also by Doodlebug. All are layered on Core d'inations Heart Felt card. The Happy Birthday sentiment is by Craftwork Cards and I've used my nesties, MS Doily Lace Punch and X-Cut Retro Flower punches. The red gems in the middle of the flowers and the red polka dot paper (Ladybug Swiss Dot) are also by Doodlebug. (I do love a bit of Doodlebug, lol!) The polka dot ribbon is by American Crafts and the sentiment on the inside of the card is by Elzybells. Oh yes, and I've added Glamour Dust for extra bling!
Told you it was a flying visit, lol!

60 Years Young!!

Hi everyone,
Wow, how hot is this weather??!! A lot hotter than our football that's for sure :o( But as an England fan I know you must always have a back up team to support and mine is Holland so Come On Holland!! He he he, have to laugh don't you!!
Onto the card and this one I've made for my Uncle Andy who was 60 years young yesterday!! Happy 60th Birthday Uncle Andy, MWAH!...

The backing papers are Happy Day by SEI layered onto Bazzill Bling backing card, the Happy Birthday sentiment is by Craftwork Cards, the 60 was stamped onto the backing paper using my Dimension number stamps and I've also used my nesties and added Glamour Dust for extra bling! The sentiment on the inside of the card is by Stampendous.

My Super Dad

Hi All,
Well I'm a bit late posting this card, it's been a very busy week let me tell you! But finally it's Friday and that means only one thing.....it's the weekend, wahoo!! And I can not wait to have a little lay in tomorrow :o)
I made this card for my dad and also for my dad-in-law for Fathers day. They're both Super Dad's as far as me and Hubby are concerned! What do you think?...

The backing papers are Wild Rose Studios For Men paper stack, layered onto Bazzill Bling card, the ribbon is by Celebrate from Hobbycraft, I've used Craftwork Card's Card Candy, my Nesties, my Martha Stewart Stars border punch and Glamour Dust for extra bling.
I copied the sketch from Friday Sketchers as I was going to enter this card into their challenge blog last week but oops I was too late.....told you it's been a busy week, lol!

Fly me to the moon...

Evening All,
Hope you're all well? Did any of you endure the England match earlier tonight?.....Pure torture for all fans!! Come on England, you can play better than that!
Moan over, onto the card! This one I made for one of my colleagues who left for a new job on Wednesday. I work for a company called Jupiter, so I thought this image from Digi Stamp Boutique was perfect!! What do you think?...

The backing paper is Fun in the Sun Stripe by Doodlebug and Happy Day by SEI. Both are layered onto Core d'inations backing card, I've added Card Candy from Craftwork Cards and the pearl gems are Opaline by Basic Grey, I've also added Googly eyes to the Alien and Glamour Dust for extra bling! The Turtle brads on the inside of the card are also from Doodlebug. You're probably thinking they're a bit random for a leaving card by Jon (my colleague) has 2 turtles so I had incorporate them somehow!

Birthday Boy!

Hi All,
Just a quickie tonight as I'm off to my Netball League's AGM in a bit. We're going to collect our Division 7 Champions Trophy tonight, how exciting!! Not bad for our first season together ay!!
So onto the card, this one I've made for my Brother-In-Law Dan who's a chippie by trade. When I saw Elzybells new stamps for Men I thought it was perfect! What do you think?...

Birthday Chic!

Hi everyone!!
Wow, it feels like ages since I've posted!! Too long I know, sorry!! But I'm back tonight with a couple of cards I've made over the last week. Not that I've been away anywhere nice, only work sadly :o(
Anyway, onto the cards. This one I've made for one of my netball team mates who has recently got 2 puppies. I saw this stamp and thought it would be perfect for Rosie, although I had to stamp the puppy twice and have sticky fixed the second one. Aaaaawwwww, cute ay!...

I've used my Nesties and added Glamour Dust! The sentiment on the inside of the card is also by Elzybells.
