Hey everyone. I have a couple of cards for you that I made with the gorgeous Panda stamp by La La Land Crafts Stamps which you can get from Mad for Markers here. I must say this stamp is so easy to colour and is fantastic for those gorgeous new baby cards you make (as per my cards).

I tried a couple of scoring/embossing techniques with these cards. On the boy card I used my square nesties and embossed them. I think the effect came out nice and crisp and clean. The girl card I used my bone scorer and a ruler and made the lines. Even though I do like the girl card I prefer the boy one better. What do you think...??? Would love to know your opinion.

The rhinestones were coloured with copic markers.

Preview Day 5 @ Simply Betty

Hey everyone. What a wild day the weather has been here in Melbourne, Australia. Phew....!!!! I got absolutely soaked picking up my eldest at school. Thankfully I didn't have the other two with me or we all would have been drowned.

Friday Sketchers #146

Good morning everyone. I have a card for you today for the Friday Sketchers challenge this week. I thought I had better use one of my new Sweet Pea Stamps that I got in the mail recently. I was lucky enough to get her on the preorder. I really do love these by their new artist Valorie Wade. They really are simply adorable. Today I have a card for you from the Create4Fun Challenge blog. I just love their sketch challenges and have not entered one for a while (if I have at all). So here is my take on the sketch. I used the gorgeous new stamp from Spesch Stamps called Goth Easter by Max. I do love this and the other new ones available in store. Go check it out here. I also used the great new papers from MME. I was able to get myself a couple of the 6x6 paper pads available at Susana's Custom Art and Design which I was stoked about as I was not able to buy here in Australia (all sold out). So yay for me LOL. The sentiment stamp is from ATS.

Late post

Hello sweet peeps. Hope you all had a great weekend. It is nearly the end of a long weekend here in Australia. Not that I got much of a long weekend as my hubby's body decided once again to give him a migraine. I tell you what it always happens on a long weekend. Grrrr....!!!! I want to smack his body silly LOL.

Okay today's post is for the Friday Sketchers challenge this week. I used the gorgeous Little Red stamp available from Spesch Stamps. I just love the gothic feel of this gorgeous stamp by Max. In fact I just love all of our designers stamps - so much so that I always find it hard to chose a stamp to use. Enjoy the rest of your day.

Blue Eyed Devil

Morning everyone. I seriously am sorry for the lack of posts lately but some things in my life have changed and I am concentrating on those at the moment more than creating. I have also lost my card making mojo. At least my motivation for it. Hopefully I will feel differently next week.

Now on to my LO. This is my son Lachlan. He is my honey but he is so full on - hence the title on the LO. He can be as sweet as candy one minute but destroying something the next. LOL. I swear he will be the death of me LOL. I saw someone use these Websters Pages DP on a LO and I so wanted to do the same thing. Do you think I can remember who it was...?? Nope. So so sorry for not giving credit where it is due. I had a sheet of stickers that I bought with this DP and do you think I can find them. Nope. Ahhhhhh....!!! I really have been such a scatter brain lately.

It is a long weekend here in Australia. Off to one of my good friends place this arvo and hoping for an extra sleep in on Monday (hahahaha like that will happen).

This photo was taken at DH's birthday last year which was a dress up party. I was going to give this to Ashley for her birthday but seeing it was there we just gave it to her early for Mick's party. She did so much growing last year and this has to be my favourite photo of her for the year.

Spring has sprung

Hello everyone. Are you enjoying your weekend....??? Here in Australia it is Saturday night. 8.20pm to be exact LOL. I think I am ready for bed. *yawn* Been one of those weeks. Anyway.

This card I made with the new images from the WOJ Spring Collection. I got the Spring Kit and it was so well worth it. I love all the stamps- so much so that I just can't decide which one to use next. This DP by My Minds Eye is just to die for and is perfect for all your Spring cards. Here in Australia we have just come in to Autumn. I tell you what it kind of went from warm days to cold ones however today was a gorgeous day (of which I spent most of it inside at a Bodyshop party but loved it). Enjoy the rest of your weekend.

Hope Tattoo completed

This tattoo is one of Jasmine Beckett-Griffith paintings

by the name of Hope and Despair. I only

got the Hope one as I thought the other was a little

dark and I wanted a positive tattoo.

Love it. The shading is wonderful and apparently

within a couple of days the colours will be brighter too.

very patient.
