These flowers are called Plumbago auriculata. It is a terrific plant to grow. The flowers vary in colour, from baby blue, to white at one extreme and much darker blue at the other.

For some reason, blue flowers amaze. I do not remember blue flowers during my childhood years. This one of yours is so pretty.
