You only cleanse twice in a month for two consecutive days. And believe me, you are peeing ALL DAY! But it's cool. On regular days you are just limiting your intake but it's nice because it's rare I feel hungry. Some days I want to eat just to eat it, but most not so much. Check out the link, I am sure all the scientific parts on are there :)
