Snow Update

My sister-in-law took this picture this morning from her house in Palmdale.

This one was taken later this evening - it's out of control out there!My dad has been on his way home for hours. He crawled a mile maybe over the course of three hours I think. It's crazy how snow in Cali. can stop our worlds!! Today I was going to:
school 9-3
Eng. mtg. 3-4
doctor 4:10-5:30
YW mtg. 6-7
Mutual 7-8
Well it started out that way anyway, and nicely I might add. I got to school in 35 minutes because the freeways were empty! But once I got to my meeting and heard of all those stranded, I decided to leave my meeting at 3:50 and cancel my doctor's appointment. Then I heard the Bishop canceled all church activities - so my very busy day wasn't so busy after all.

My dad is now going 5mph on his way home with CHP permission because he has chains, my father-in-law is sleeping over at our place, and my brother-in-law is at his in-laws. And to top it all off - IT'S SNOWING IN MALIBU.... now that's just crazy :)
