Sweet Memories Layout for ***Maja Design*** + Playing at Cuts2luv!

Goodmorning lovelies,
Are you enjoying the spring weather...here in The Netherlands we had some pretty sunny days but that is over now, sadly but hopefully soon we can enjoy the sun again. For today I have a layout to share. Two weeks ago my computer died on me and I could not post my project {sorry for that} but now my husband fixed that and I can edit my work again yeah. This layout is made with two collections "Celebration" & "Denim and Friends" and Camilla her lovely daughter Freja <3 is on the picture.

Sweet Memories:
On the beackground of my layout I added the pretty waterdrops stamp by Gabrielle Pollacco {still one of my favorite stamps sets ever} but before I added that stamp I used two other stamps to one crackle and one script stamp. After prepairing my background I treated my chipboard pieces with several acrylic paints layered on top of each other to get a worndown look.

After I treated the chipboards I added my flower clusters. Then I took my photograph and layered it on two sheets of the 6x6 paper pads then I placed it on top of the chipboard frame to get more dimension.  At the end I took out a letter sticker sheet from webster pages and made the word bliss and in that corner I placed a metal piece.

At the end I used some of my white spray and gesso to lighten up my flowers and papers...but I also added some art stones and some sea shells. I think that is it on how I created this layout. I had a lot of fun also because we have a son and I really enjoy making layouts with girls being the focal point.

Adorable You Layout for ***49 and market*** & ***The Dusty Attic***!

Hi lovelies,
Today I want to show you a layout futuring the beautiful "Cottage Life" & "Sand and Sea" collections, a picture of my little princess {Fibi} and a mixture of the new flower ranges and some older ones. For this layout I went all girly and pink which is so into my comfortzone that feels so good ;-). And some gorgeous The Dusty Attic chipboard pieces. I have not been scrapping a lot lately due to my vacation time which is really weird...because normally I scrap like 24/7 if I have the chance but I am enjoying my family time very much! I think it's also because my husband had a car accident just one week before we were leaving for the camping ground {he is okay now}.

Adorable You:
For my layout I used some Dusty Attic chipboard pieces and some gorgeous Cuts2luv flairs. I also fussy cut I think the most beautiful sheet of the new collection called "Garland" and placed it on top of the chipboard border piece on the lower part of my layout. First of all I cut out the outer border about half a inch from the "Sea Creatures" sheet then I cut one inch around the middel piece then I distressed all the edges. Later on I placed the two cut outs on the backside of the pretty "Brancing Out" sheet

On the pink paper in the middle I added some stamps, paste and sprays to give it more of a girly look. All the chipboard pieces are treated with gesso, ink, acrylic paints and embossingpowders {from Lindy's Stamp Gang my favs} Oh how I love the new flower ranges they are absolutely beautiful to work with I am a true addict.....I have not seen such detailed and pretty ever before in this industry.

I really love how all the pretty elements like the flowers, papers and layered embellishments go so well together a layout is quickly made {well a least for me it is}...normally it will take me about 5 to 6 hours and this one only took me around 4 hours to create {without the fussy cutting tho} I fussy cut in front of the TV most of the time.

49 and Market products used: Cottage Life: Branching Out & Garland, Sand and Sea: Sea Creatures, Floral Mixology Mojito & Pina Colada, Vintage Shades Bouquet Sage and the 8x8 paper pack.

The Dusty Attic products used:

Other products used: Stencils, Paste, Lindy’s Stamps Gang sprays and embossing powders, Stamps, Mica Powders, Clear gesso, Gesso white, Ink.

Thank you so much for your visit today I hope you enjoyed my post and are inspired by it to use your 49 and Market & Dusty Attic goodies… have a lovely day and week.

Sisters Layout June Mood Board for ***Maja Design*** + Playing at ***Lindy's Stamp Gang*** and ***Cuts2luv***!

Goodmorning lovelies,
Today I am sharing a layout for this months mood board at the Maja Design blog did you already see it? It's lovely with beautiful colors and pictures. It went life last Monday and you can find it here     => Maja Design Mood Board June <=
For this layout I used the super pretty "Enjoying outdoors" collection which has amazing shades of purple tones in it. I am very happy with that colections as purple is my favorite color {not always for scrapping though}. The picture I used is another one of Camilla her daughters they are just to cute to not scrap ;-)
First I took out the "Having tea in the sun" sheet which I tore on different spots and then distressed it after inking the edges then I placed it on top of the "Garden creatures" sheet. After that I placed it on top of the purple scheet. Then I took out two stamp sets and stamped randomly on my light colored paper. Let's have a look at the mood board:
I always love the quotes Maja Design has on their mood boards so took only the first line of the quote and printed it on the "Garden notes" sheet. Then I distressed it and took the purple sheet to matt it. I sure hope you will play along this month you could win the collection of your choice...so awesome right.

For this layout I took out my colluzzle again for the text "Sisters" I really enjoyed playing with it again. After stamping on my layout I added a new Dusty Attic stencil on the background sheet for this I used my Lindy's Magicals and some light molding paste I have to say I never color my paste as I just like it to be white but it turned out really lovely on my work.

What I really love about this collection that it has cute mini butterflies in it for you to cut out which I did and I placed them randomly on my layout! The flowers that I used are by 49 and Market I treated them with some Lindy's stamp gang embossing powder but also with the Twinkling Tinsel spray {my fav almost a empty bottle :-(} Underneath my flowers I added some cheece cloth and some thread. The two hearts I gessod first and then added some magicals to give it more the color to match my layout. The chipboard is by The Dusty Attic and I just gessod them and inked the edges.

At the end of creating this layout I added a wonderful purple flair by "Cuts2luv" which sais "Focus on the good" Then I sprayed with my all time favorite Lindy's Stamp Gang spray SIDEWALK CHALK can't live without that bottle I used it on all my work to soften up the tones.

With this layout I will be entering two challenges, first one is this months color challenge at:
This color challenge makes me happy, I enjoy the colors and that is what got me inspired to make this layout with these two sweet girls on the picture.
As I said in my text above I used several of the Lindy's Stamp Gang products.
Spray's - Twinkling Tinsel

For the second challenge I am going to enter you can visit the => "Cuts2luv" <= blog they have a wonderful mood board to this month with lot's of lovely elements.
I haven't follow the colors from the mood board but I did use the sketch I only turned it 90 degrees and used two pictures instead of just one and put the title in the middle of the pictures.
Then I added a summer picture of two sweet girls {Camilla her girls} and I used thread, a little polka dot on the purple paper.

Thank you so much for visiting my blog today and I would like to wish you a wonderful week!
