Hi lovely friends,
Thank you so much for your visit today, lately I feel very inspired by the Art Recipes at the Finnabair blog and I am more & more into mixed media everytime I create something. For this layout I used two sketches one at the 49 and Market blog & one at the More Than Words blog the last one I rotated on the side. At the last one you could use the word perfect or be inspired by it! The pictures are from a perfect memory we created back in 2010 when being on our vacation in Spain.
For this 12 by 12 layout I used the pretty "Paradise Island"collection by 49 and Market and a whole bunch of stamps & flowers....the moodboard got me thinking of the beach with all the lovely textures created by mother nature. I used some dried seaweed moss & dried plants that my husband gave me as a gift a while back and never got to use it untill now. I also wanted to show you the pretty woodgrain papers so I cut some parts and placed them in between my pictures. Underneath my pictures you see some of natures elements too but I could not tell you what it's called....sorry!
On my background sheet I added some of the dark forest paint with a tissue that is such a easy way to apply paint and it gives it a nice crackled look. After that I added a script stamp & Gabi's herbaceous stamp set by 49 and Market.
Then I added a stencil by The Dusty Attic although I wish I had a stencil of that by prima {Finnabair} so my layout was only 49 and Market & Finnabair but hey it does it's work. Then I sprayed some mica powder on the background and finished my layout off with white splatters.
The colours: dark green, latte brown, dark teal!
You could choose two of the four products listed and those where:
Pebbles, Icing Pastes, Mechanicals or Tissue Papers!

As you see here this is this months amazing sketch by 49 and Market which I totally love & kept it very much alike the only thing that is different is the tittle in a other spot.
The third challege I am entering is the one at the More Than Words blog the only thing I did was flip it over on the right side if you know what I mean ;-)
Thank you so much for visiting my blog and I hope I have inspired you to be creative in every way you can. Stay safe & happy and have a wonderful weekend!!!
