okay i promise this will be the last post and i shall go study haha. now waiting for my laundry downstairs to finish and my caretaker to come up to pass me a new bulb which my study lamp's bulb just have to fuse when i wanted to study in my sofa couch. blehs.
recapping a short 3 hours getaway 2 to 3 days away when i just happen to get out of my room and walk around while getting bored from studying and marie just ask me to hop into the rented car! woohoo! off we go for a short road trip in sweden! drove an hour to skane homm, an island just off southern sweden and we were almost at the southern tip of sweden! been having nice weather of around 27 degrees except for the chilly winds and it almost feels like its back to SG when i can wear shorts slippers and teeshirt to the supermarket (just like going to NTUC) haha. well the beach looks very nice and the photos were taken at around 6pm! fyi: sunrise here now is around 3am and sunsets are around 10+pm. so we only have 5 hours of darkness unlike in winter we only have 5 hours of light.
its a good getaway for 3 hours from usual books and my room haha. lied down on the sand with marie and enjoying the sun.. until the wind blows and we were covered with sand from top to bottom! its like being in the sand storm and we immediately got up. (see how strong the wind is by my messy hair in the pic haha.) but the sun was so nice till we lied down again to get a bit of tan so the cycle repeats haha. john doing his lonely show of walking along the coast, feels like he's filming some mtv lol. oh yeah skann homm is like some place where the swedes park their yatches and have some holiday resorts there. seen the swedes bbq-ing there and just resting there for some getaway. pretty cool! its much better than our chalets here in SG since they have real beaches and their houses are like really homely kind. cool.
okay back to studying. 2 more days to exam and leaving lund (blehs) and i am 80% packed except for my clothes which are in laundry now. and my caretaker finally came and went! an empty and clean room is not conducive for studying. missed my science lib for mugging.. blehs. 28 days more days to home! yay! =D tada~ seeya guys when i get back =)
