Sharktale Collage! =)

woo hoo. just finished making a sharktale collage since i am unable and lazy to really upload all the photos that i had collected. a simple collage acts as a recollection of what happen during sow and the madness we had in hearing "拍照，拍照！" lol. =)

oh yeah. its been 2 weeks since school has started and after the dramatic start on the first day of school, everything just seemed to die down and the mugger mood is turned on. found myself going to the science library almost everyday to do tutorials and also enjoy the aircon at the same time. taking 6 modules is no mean feat with horrible timetable which is so packed but at least sharkies are taking with me =) together forever hahaha.

chem feels so physics. math is so mathish. i hate limits but i am going to learn maple next week aka a math program and not maplestory =P. biophyscial feel so sec4-ish when the lecturer reminds me of my sec4 form teacher cum geog teacher whom destroyed my interest in geog and failed my mid year geog. best lecture so far? my gem module which is also geog but with an interesting lecturer. =) tutorials and labs finally starting next week. lets hope i can survive through them. =)

being feeling much healthier this week with horribly 3 basketball sessions on 5 days with sharkies and my napfa reliefs. been great playing with them despite being quite nua and slacking whenever we can which is the direct opposite of playing with my napfa reliefs haha. me getting more accident prone with a slight cut on my nose bridge but at least its healing =)

read the newspaper for today which talks about university orientation getting more ranchy which i do agree haha. tons of boy-girl game and so on. luckily for sow it isn't much but at least well the freshies are open-minded despite getting a bit uncomfortable. long gone the days of orientation where it is really group activites in secondary school and junior colleges. even for fright night we go in a guy-girl pair. but nevertheless, such things add spices to orientation memories but yet should be minimised as much as possible like forfeits which can be quite disgusting.

oh well. back to school again for tomorrow! ahhhh. the pace of university is just too fast and everything just happens so quickly without you knowing. guess its time to adjust to the pace hoping it wouldn't compromise on friendships. =) hoping to see more people in school! =)

woo hoo! i am back! before i get cursed by people who complain i don't update my blog often i shall update on the most memorable event that happen while i was away.. science orientation week 2006! woo hoo!

well wouldn't really update on a daily basis like what happen on day1 since i can't really remember the exact details so will just blog on significant games and so on. firstly ice breakers lol. played pretty lame but interesting games. at least we still get to know each other names well. half from chemistry and half from life science for my og, with 1 from pharmacy muahaha. and my og is.. SHARKTALE! with mad and high mother shark and also pretending-to-be-freshie shark taking us, its fun! =) the seniors really like help us to accomodate to the new environment and so on! =)

well we had sp or aka secret pal where they like to blindfold us. my sp is well already someone i know through a friend who is as lame as me. a tj senior also who is from leo bod. pretty cool eh. oh think i am paired with him because we are both the tallest guy and girl from sow muahaha. thanks to his height i didn't have much trouble doing the mass couple dance haha.

then got wet and dry games as usual. most memorable is the tug-of-war where i was the anchor person for the girls part. tough but at least we won all 3 sets together with our buddy og sinbad! we are sintale (singtel) muahaha. then the fright night. was pretty okie i supposed. quite scary since someone grabbed my leg from nowhere and the stairs at S2 is dark and steep enough to create the atmosphere. =) flag day as oh well tiring since we flagged from 7am. yawnx. people were like avoiding all those people in the blue flag shirt. was at yiochukang whole day. not a too bad collection. =)

had our freshman inaugration ceremony at UCC. suddenly everyone wear so nice and formal. =) with exceptions to our seniors aka suwen who was wearing fbt shorts LOL. quite a nice experience though the speeches are quite boring. had more fun with our og people inside ucc LOL.

oh and sharktale won the best og! woo hoo! and offshore won the best house! wee! kudos to our ogl cum house mistress sandy aka ps! muahaha. had really get fun during sow! thanks to leekoon tanching melissa chauting chancy liyang hongquan terence edwin yuxiang hanni yvonne xiuhui huiwen linling dennis wincent and also our seniors! sandy suwen alan jimmy wenyeow siowween! =) had a great time! =) its really a nice memory and a great start to uni!

had 07 dinner back in sat. nice meeting up finally. didn't really catch the entire firework session since its really crowded but think its not that nice as the ndp preview one. was at marina and the crowd was extremely duper super horrible. everyone just crowded the whole city hall area for the fireworks. well luckily we did had the guys to entertain us somehow. missed weiliang's jokes muahaha. =P nice meeting up with the girls since most of them are at ntu where i am the only one at nus. heard about hostel stuff and so on. was feeling extremely tired after lack of sleep from sow and ragday in the morning. sad day for science fac but we will get back the chancellor shield next year! =) lets jiayoux!

first day of school today was also memorable where we had to climb up a very steep slope to reach lt32 for our very first lecture inorg chem muahaha. we took a wrong short cut and whoa a great start to our uni life! lol. gathering at pink tables, wondering around the lt and so on. nice! around 8 of us taking chem so its like pretty fun. the life sci and chem people meet during breaks where lecture ends 1/2 hour earlier. =)

after that went over to ikea and queensway for food! san didn't get her bag though. got a pair of fbt shorts for myself. had meatballs chickenwings hotdogs and tealeafegg! woo hoo! before that starving me got late lunch after 3 straight lectures today at yih so its a pretty nice but guilty dinner muahaha. =)
