ecp outing! =)

haha oh well i am the latest person to update about the east coast park outing since i am always the last one to update my blog. anyway it was a great outing with the guitar people! xiaohui yuting sandra davina and huilin oh yeah. we cycled and bladed la. i decided i shall cycle for long distance or else i would have died on blades heh. didn't really travelled a very far distance. but it would have taken me 3 times the amount of time to go that far on blades. and i finally succeeded in standing up and pedalling. the feeling is cool man with the bike wobbling about haha. next time i don't have to push up my bike up the slopes! oh yeah. love the stop at the breakwaters. just by looking at the waves washing up and down, its as if really it cleanses your soul and u can really forget like all troubles and so on. the peaceful moment is really enjoyable and gives you time to do reflections and be thankful for things and friends that you have. the sounds of the waves and the occasion splashing of seawater over our bodies cum the free tanning session under the afternoon sun, an unforgetable experience. =) and we concluded that davina is a monkey who is agile enough to keep climbing up and down the breakwaters. =P

just had a pretty short bbq at mrs chan's place with my napfa reliefs aka cindy wy and zy. didn't manage to my hoped bball game since the ground was wet and no one brought the ball but still we had a pretty nice evening and afternoon crapping about, making fun of each other and really just do catching up with each other. i really feel comfortable talking to them despite knowing them for only a few months. and cindy was the 'queen' for the day haha. ritchell and xl came later and more crapping to do. a pretty nice experience. kuddos to mrs chan for having the bbq. =)

and currently having a craze over pool. been 2 continous week i am playing pool. its a game of skill and thinking. the angle of path to take, the strength required, and the luck required. its always said that beginners have beginners' luck which i believe to a certain extent bah. well again the game of pool can be quite linked to life. in life, we attain success. its like hitting the pool balls in. the correct angle, path and the amount of energy spent in the process determines the success aka striking the ball in. making a small mistake is like committing a foul, and allowing the competitor to take a chance and score. the whole process is like a failure when the black ball goes in in wrong order, making you lose the game. but i believe in patience. catching up when you are lagging behind the other competitor, analysing the best move and using the correct technique to slowly catch up. the result of the game doesn't really matter to a certain extent of course but its the process that really matters. getting more skillful and getting more practice with every game, its like gaining experience in every process and things that you do. thats really like i like the game of pool. so any takers? =)

think this should be my post before i disappear for my orientation from the 3rd. hope to be back blogging soon and really hope to know more people through sow. its like kind of feeling alone in university walking around while everyone is like having friends and cliques also. hope sow really can break the ice. and yuppie. school starts on the 14th. timetable set. didn't qualify for APC. qet results on wed. hoping i don't have to take english module or else i have to replan my timetable again. cya guys! =)

well back to work actually from wed and thurs to relief technical. it feels really kinda weird after not returning for one plus month. all the familar reliefs are gone and the school has shifted to the sajc site which is well much bigger and spectacular with the track and courts. don't really feel that attached to the school and the students anymore after i left back in may. some students and teachers are pretty nice in seeing my return for 2 weeks, others just seem to forget or rather ignore me. oh well its just that we are just passerbys in each others' life. just hope to get out of the school quickly after i am done with the marking next week and enjoy the last weeks before my orientation starts on the 3rd and matriculation on the 1st. school starting on the 14th.

still waiting for my qet(qualifying english test) and my advance placement test results though i feel that i did badly in both with the screwed up chem papers and grammar section. how can anyone redraw the whole periodic table out with all the 111 elements and their proton numbers for inorganic chem. that is madness. cum the nearly perfect passage where we are supposed to spot 30 grammatical mistakes. seems like its fated that i have to do the english module and the level 1000 chem modules.

kinda regretted and started questioning myself on why i am taking chem after taking the test. and a general science degree is not really specialised and i don't really think that i am going to join the teaching sector after all. regretted not applying for mass comm where really my greatest interest is in there, doing broadcasting and video editing. or even project/event management. hope this is not a costly mistake that i have made so far which will hinder my own future. lets see how the first year turns out. if not i shall just reapply for mass comm after the first year. lets just hope my interest or rather the 'flair' for chem lasts me for 3/4 years.

and yesterday my quick and horrible tempered did something unforgiving. supposed to look after my 5 year old cousin after my youngest cousin was hospitalised (he's out yesterday already. =) ) taking care of him and the lack of sleep for the previous days and working on sat morning took its toll and i actually hit him! omg how can i hurt my own cousin. luckily he's not angry at me because he's understand why i was angry at him due to spending 2 hours trying to get him to nap but to no avail. still feeling quite guilty over it even though my aunt say its okie. oh well. think i should try and make up for it and meanwhile try and control my temper. be more patient to kids!

well its been not a very nice week for me even with the going outs and nice swimming sessions. lets hope for a better week and a better temper! tommorow cycling with guitar peeps! and back to work! then sow comes. =) hoping for 07 gathering soon before everyone gets very occupied by school work. cya everyone! =)

oh been missing for the past few weeks since i was too busy to update during that period of time. just a quick update in case i go missing in action again for the next few weeks haha.

oh yeah. thanks everyone for their birthday greeting! haha. its been a quiet but nice birthday for me this year again spent with my guitar peeps haha. thanks for the bag and the cake and the 'surprise' i ruined for myself! haha. celebrated outside marina square since i was in a rush to meet my parents and i spent half of my good day at the checkup but i really appreciated it. =) thanks da san and huilin! oh yeah not to forget those who has send me their birthday wishes heh. =)

yuppie other than that been spending my weeks going out and so on. catching movies, going blading, laming ourselves out. =) and of course trying to shop and buy new clothes! sadly i didn't get much but its at least better than nothing. =) and i finally booked my practical test date for my driving after i passed my final theory test! yeah! i finished the theory test like in 10mins? haha. date on 11nov which is still so far away due to the new and screwed up system that they just introduced and i can only get nov test dates. -__-|| but so far driving been pretty cool except for my parkings haha. finally out back on the road again! tried out 2 test routes and they are not as easy as i thought. anyway good luck to chyork and cm for their driving test tommorrow! =)

and we had a small chalet at downtown after my theory test with my reliefs and other people who came down. =) its a pretty nice bbq that we had. get to know more people there and also have some interesting talks within ourselves haha. been some time since we last met. =) sadly i didn't stay over due to my advance placement test the next day which i didn't perform very well but anyway hoping for more meet ups with my napfa reliefs like having bball sessions more often. =)

yuppie school starting pretty soon. helped out at the rag thingie whenever i will be in school. its like seeing cliques of people still in the scamp mode, moving around in ogs. think it will be pretty hard for me to penetrate them during my orientation week but i think its still possible =) been introduced to my friends' og which is pretty cool and seeing quite some familar people at the science fac and not forgetting my dear senior ps! =) kinda looking forward to sow or science orienatation week. =) qet on friday. wish me luck in trying to write out essays and doing grammar test. -__-|| =)

and working next week i suppose with my marking stuff with good pay =) waiting for the confirmation call from my dear teacher but still trying to meet up with as many groups of people as possible before school really starts and planning my driving lessons. so uni life is starting sooner than i expected gah but still kind of looking forward to it after months of working. =) meanwhile enjoy the last few weeks of holiday people! =)
