Top of Iowa 3 Wind Farm is located about 8 miles northwest of Manly, Iowa, mostly between 425th & 410th Streets and I-35 & Killdeer Avenue. It is on the northwest edge of and partially 'intertwined' with Top of Iowa 2, which was constructed at the same time. Commissioned in 2008, it consists of 18 Vestas V82/1650 wind turbines with a combined nominal capacity of 29.7 MW.
